Abstract
Description
1.例えば熱電コジェネレーション、プロセス強化、新規な節エネルギープロセスの導入、およびプロセスサイクル中への再生可能エネルギー源の漸進的な導入の組み合わせを通して、化石燃料エネルギーの度合いを、2030年までに現行レベルから最大で30%削減すること。
2.化学的および物理的変換収率の向上、ならびに/または持続可能であるという利点を有することが証明されている二次再生可能原料の使用により、非再生可能一次原料の度合いを、2030年までに現行レベルに対して最大で20%削減すること。
A)商業的バイオディーゼル生産プロセスで得ることができ、60〜99重量%(%w/w)のグリセロール、0〜2重量%の灰分、0〜40重量%の水、および0〜2重量%の有機残渣を好ましくは含んでなる粗グリセロール、
B)適切なアセタール化剤を用いたアセタール化反応を介してグリセロールから得ることができるグリセロールホルマール、
C)所望により、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸グリセロールホルマールエステル、および
D)所望により、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸メチルエステル
を含んでなる新規なバイオ燃料配合物であって、前記配合物は、ホルムアルデヒドを含まないことを特徴とする新規なバイオ燃料配合物に関する。
A)商業的バイオディーゼル生産プロセスで得ることができ、60〜99重量%のグリセロール、0〜2重量%の灰分、0〜40重量%の水、および0〜2重量%の有機残渣を好ましくは含んでなる粗グリセロール、
B)適切なアセタール化剤を用いたアセタール化反応を介してグリセロールから得ることができるグリセロールホルマール、
からなる新規なバイオ燃料配合物に関する。
2%の有機残渣および7%の灰分含有量である粗グリセロールを60℃で加熱し、ろ過し、混合容器に入れた。続いて、水分含有量が5%未満であるグリセロールホルマールを添加した。最後に、脂肪酸グリセロールホルマールエステルおよび脂肪酸メチルエステルを添加し、この混合物を、メカニカルスターラーにより、380rpmにて30分間撹拌した。
本発明のバイオ燃料の燃焼特性を評価するために、本発明者らは、周囲圧力で運転される実験用エアバーナーでいくつかの実験を行った。評価対象のバイオ燃料は、100℃で予備加熱した。
Claims (10)
- A)粗グリセロール、
B)グリセロールホルマール、
C)所望により、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸グリセロールホルマールエステル、および
D)所望により、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸メチルエステル
を含んでなるバイオ燃料配合物であって、前記配合物はホルムアルデヒドを含まないことを特徴とする、バイオ燃料配合物。 - 前記粗グリセロールが、60〜99重量%のグリセロール、0〜2重量%の灰分、0〜40重量%の水、および0〜2重量%の有機残渣を含んでなる、請求項1に記載のバイオ燃料配合物。
- 前記バイオ燃料配合物中の前記成分が、以下の質量比:前記組成物全体に対して、10重量%から90重量%の成分A、10重量%から90重量%の成分B、0重量%から80重量%の成分C、および0から80重量%の成分D、である、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のバイオ燃料配合物。
- 前記バイオ燃料配合物中の前記成分が、以下の質量比:前記組成物全体に対して、50重量%から90重量%の成分A、10重量%から50重量%の成分B、0重量%から40重量%の成分C、および0から40重量%の成分D、である、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のバイオ燃料配合物。
- 前記バイオ燃料配合物中の前記成分が、以下の質量比:前記組成物全体に対して、70重量%から90重量%の成分A、10重量%から30重量%の成分B、0重量%から20重量%の成分C、および0から20重量%の成分D、である、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のバイオ燃料配合物。
- 酸化防止剤、殺生物剤、キレート化剤、洗浄剤、分散剤、溶媒、腐食防止剤、および酸化物阻害剤(oxide inhibitors)からなる群より選択される1つ以上の添加剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバイオ燃料配合物。
- 粗グリセロール、グリセロールホルマール、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸グリセロールホルマールエステル、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸メチルエステル、および1つ以上の所望に応じて存在してよい添加剤を混合する工程を含んでなる、請求項1から6に記載のバイオ燃料配合物を調製するためのプロセス。
- 前記プロセスの温度が、20℃から60℃、より好ましくは、約40℃である、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- ろ過、ならびに所望に応じて行ってよい脱塩、および水の蒸発を含んでなる前処理工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項7または8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 燃焼目的のための請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバイオ燃料配合物の使用。
