Claims (7)
- −外管(1)又はスリーブ;
−前記外管(1)の内部に摺動可能に収容される内管(2);
−前記外管(1)の第1プラグ(10);
−前記内管(2)の第2プラグ(20);
−前記内管(2)の内部に配置され、前記内管(2)と接合されるカートリッジ(3)であって;室(C1)を備えるカートリッジ(3);
−カートリッジ(3)の前記室(C1)の内部に摺動可能に取付けられるピストン(4)であって;室(C1)内で前記ピストン(4)が運動中に、油に該ピストン(4)を通過させるために、穴又はブレード(40)を備えるピストン(4);
−外管(1)に接合される第1端部及びピストン(4)に接合される第2端部を有する管状ロッド(5)であって:油を通過させるための軸導管(50)を有する管状ロッド(5);
−前記カートリッジ(3)を閉塞するよう適合される閉塞用ブッシュ(30)であって、前記管状ロッド(5)が摺動可能に挿入される穴を備えるブッシュ(30);
−カートリッジ(3)の外部にある作動室(C2)であって;前記内管(2)の前記第2プラグ(20)及び前記外管(1)の前記第1プラグ(10)によって画定される作動室(C2);
−前記内管(2)の内部に配置される弾性手段(M1);
−管状ロッド(5)上で作動室(C2)内に位置し、管状ロッド(5)の軸導管(50)の内部の油の流れを調整するように適合される電磁弁(8)
を含むフォークアッセンブリ(300、400)であって、
前記電磁弁(8)は、閉塞用ブッシュ(30)と外管(1)の第1プラグ(10)との間に配置されることを特徴とするフォークアッセンブリ(300;400)。 - 内管(2)の第2プラグ(20)に接合され、油を通過させるための穴又はブレードを備える第2ピストン(41)を含み;前記カートリッジ(3)は、前記第2ピストン(41)と内管(2)の第2プラグ(20)との間に配置される少なくとも1つの穴(31)を備え;前記穴(31)により、カートリッジ(3)の室(C1)と作動室(C2)とを連通させる、請求項1に記載のフォークアッセンブリ(300;400)。
- 前記弾性手段(M1)は、カートリッジ(3)の前記閉塞用ブッシュ(30)と外管(1)の前記第1プラグ(10)との中間位置に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のフォークアッセンブリ(300)。
- 前記弾性手段(M1)は、カートリッジ(3)の前記閉塞用ブッシュ(30)との中間位置に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のフォークアッセンブリ(400)。
- 前記弾性手段(M1)は、ばねである、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のフォークアッセンブリ(300、400)。
- 内管(2)の内部に位置する少なくとも1つのプレチャージ管(6、21)を含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のフォークアッセンブリ(300、400)。
- 管状ロッド(5)の周りに、ピストン(4)に近接して、カートリッジ(3)の内部に配置される第2ばね(M2)であって;フォークアッセンブリ(300)の伸張移動端部で、カートリッジ(3)の閉塞用ブッシュ(30)に対して係止される第2ばね(M2)を含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のフォークアッセンブリ(300;400)。
