Claims (20)
- 正極と負極との間に分離膜が介在している構造の電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵されている電池セルであって、
2つ以上の電極またはユニットセルが平面を基準として高さ方向に積層されている電極組立体と、前記電極組立体の装着のための収納部が形成されている電池ケースとを含み、
前記電極組立体は、平面形状において辺(a)、辺(b)、辺(c)及び辺(d)を有する四角形であり、極板またはユニットセルの電極端子が位置する辺(a)と、前記辺(a)に隣接する辺(b)との内角が90度未満になるように傾斜しており、
前記電池ケースの収納部は、電極組立体の平面形状に対応する内面形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記ユニットセルは、1つ以上の正極極板と1つ以上の負極極板とが分離膜が介在された状態で積層された構造において、両端に位置した電極の種類が同一であるバイセル、または両端に位置した電極の種類が互いに異なるフルセルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記極板またはユニットセルは、電極端子が上部辺又は下部辺に共に配列されるように積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記極板またはユニットセルは、電極端子が、上部辺に第1電極端子が配列され、前記上部辺に対向する下部辺に第2電極端子が配列されるように積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1電極端子は正極端子であり、前記第2電極端子は負極端子であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記辺(a)と辺(b)との内角は20〜89度の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記辺(a)と辺(c)は互いに平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記辺(b)と辺(d)は互いに平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極またはユニットセルは、平面視で平行四辺形または菱形形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースは、金属層と樹脂層のラミネートシートからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ラミネートシートはアルミニウムラミネートシートであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースの厚さは50〜200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースは、電池ケースの内部に真空を印加して、前記電極組立体の外形に対応するように電池ケースが変形して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記真空の印加前に、電池ケースの収納部は直方体形状からなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウムイオン電池セルまたはリチウムイオンポリマー電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1乃至15のうちのいずれかに記載の電池セルを単位電池として2つ以上含んでいることを特徴とする、電池パック。
- 請求項1乃至15のうちのいずれかに記載の電池セルを電源として含んでいるデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、タブレットPC、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項16に記載の電池パックを電源として含んでいるデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、タブレットPC、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載のデバイス。
