前記第2画素は前記第1光および前記第2光を透過する光透過層を含むことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第3光は前記第1光と前記第2光の間の波長を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源部は予め設定された期間別に第1および第2光のうちの少なくとも一つを放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源部は少なくとも一つの期間にいずれか一つの光だけを選択的に放出し、他の一つの光を放出しないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の表示装置。

- 前記光散乱剤はニ酸化チタン(TiO2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の表示装置。
- 前記波長変換層は前記第1光が提供されて前記第1光と実質的に同じ波長の光を放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素および第2画素は互いに隣接したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素および第2画素は単位画素をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 第1画素および第2画素を含む表示パネルと、互いに異なる波長の第1光および第2光を前記表示パネルに提供する光源部とを含み、前記第1画素は、前記第1光を透過し前記第2光を第3光に変換して放出する波長変換層を含み、前記第2画素は前記第1光および前記第2光を透過する光透過層を含む表示装置の駆動方法において、
第1期間に前記表示パネルに第1光を提供し、前記第1画素を光透過モードに設定する段階と、
第2期間に前記表示パネルに第2光を提供し、前記第1画素を光透過モードに設定し、前記第2画素を光遮断モードに設定する段階と、
第3期間に前記表示パネルに第2光を提供し、前記第1画素を光遮断モードに設定し、前記第2画素を光透過モードに設定する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする表示装置の駆動方法。 - 前記第3光は前記第1光と前記第2光の間の波長を有することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1期間に前記第2画素を光透過モードまたは光遮断モードに設定する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 第4期間に前記表示パネルに第2光を提供し、前記第1画素を光透過モードに設定し、前記第2画素を光遮断モードに設定する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1期間に前記第1画素に供給される第1映像データ信号と前記第4期間に前記第1画素に供給される第2映像データ信号が原映像データ信号よりもっと小さな電圧を有することを特徴とする請求項26に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1映像データ信号の電圧と第2映像データ信号の電圧の間の和電圧は前記原映像データ信号の電圧と同一であることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1画素および第2画素は互いに隣接したことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1画素および第2画素は単位画素をなすことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記光源部は少なくとも一つの期間にいずれか一つの光だけを選択的に放出し、他の一つの光を放出しないことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 第1画素および第2画素を含む表示パネルと、互いに異なる波長の第1光および第2光を前記表示パネルに提供する光源部とを含み、前記第1画素は、前記第1光を透過し前記第2光を第3光に変換して放出する波長変換層を含み、前記第2画素は前記第1光および前記第2光を透過する光透過層を含む表示装置の駆動方法において、
第1期間に前記表示パネルに第1光を提供し、前記第1画素を光透過モードに設定する段階と、
第2期間に前記表示パネルに第2光を提供し、前記第1画素および第2画素を光透過モードに設定する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする表示装置の駆動方法。 - 前記第3光は前記第1光と前記第2光の間の波長を有することを特徴とする請求項32に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1期間に前記第2画素を光透過モードまたは光遮断モードに設定する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項32に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1画素および第2画素は互いに隣接したことを特徴とする請求項32に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1画素および第2画素は単位画素をなすことを特徴とする請求項32に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記光源部は少なくとも一つの期間にいずれか一つの光だけを選択的に放出し、他の一つの光を放出しないことを特徴とする請求項32に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
