Abstract

Claims (9)
- 主翼桁と可撓性湾曲翼とを有する可撓性ファンブレードを備え、前記主翼桁の下面は前記可撓性湾曲翼の下部に接続し、前記可撓性湾曲翼の下部が前記可撓性湾曲翼の前縁まで伸び、前記可撓性湾曲翼の前縁が前記可撓性湾曲翼の上面まで伸びることにより、前記可撓性ファンブレードの可撓性翼型を形成する、装置。
- 前記主翼桁と前記可撓性湾曲翼は、単一の金型から成形されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記主翼桁により、前記可撓性湾曲翼の下部と前縁に予めねじり力を付与している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性湾曲翼は、薄い可撓性材料とエネルギー減衰材料からなり、前記翼の振動の振幅を低減する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性湾曲翼は様々な厚みからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 共通のファンのハブに接続されている多数の主翼桁の各付け根に接続された多数の可撓性ファンブレードを備え、前記各可撓性ファンブレードは主翼桁と可撓性湾曲翼とを備え、前記主翼桁の下面は前記可撓性湾曲翼の下部に接続され、前記可撓性湾曲翼の下部が前記可撓性湾曲翼の前縁まで伸び、前記可撓性湾曲翼の前縁が前記可撓性湾曲翼の上面まで伸びることにより、前記可撓性ファンブレードの可撓性翼型を形成する、ファン。
- 前記多数の主翼桁は、各翼端付近の各主翼桁上の少なくとも1点と前記ファンの軸の少なくとも前記多数の主翼桁より下方の点に接続された1以上のケーブルによってそれぞれ斜張されることにより、個々の前記多数の主翼桁の軸方向荷重を軽減する、請求項6に記載のファン。
- ファンシュラウドと拡張コーンを更に備え、前記多数の主翼桁は、前記ファンシュラウドの下端で軸方向に位置決めされ、前記反っていない可撓性湾曲翼の後縁は拡張コーン内に下方へ伸びることにより、前記反っていない可撓性湾曲翼の後縁で半径方向外側への気流が可能である、請求項6に記載のファン。
- 前記後縁付近の翼端は、半径方向の上反りを生成するために下方へ湾曲することにより、前記後縁の翼端付近から前記拡張コーンの領域へ、前記半径方向の気流のさらなる下向きの速度を生成する、請求項8に記載のファン。
