Abstract
Description
f:吸音率ピーク周波数(Hz)、ρ:空気密度(kg/m3)、m:板膜の面密度(kg/m3)、C:空気中の音速(m/s)、L:背後の空気層の厚さ(m)であり、ρ、Cは常温時一定として定数化すると、次式になる。
この式より、本実施形態の発泡体1の構造を検討すると、表面皮膜層2Aをm(板膜の面密度)に、発泡セル層3をL(背後の空気層の厚さ)に相当すると仮定できる。m:板膜の面密度は、実測困難であるため、発泡体の密度で検証した。その結果、吸音ピーク周波数がほぼ2kHzとなり、図7の第1サンプル及び第2サンプルの吸音ピーク特性が板膜振動体の共振による吸音ピークであることが実証された。

Claims (5)
- パルプ繊維成分と合成樹脂成分と補助剤としての澱粉成分とを発泡させ、内部に空隙を形成した多数の発泡セルより構成された発泡体であって、
厚み方向に沿って、前記発泡セルが密集配置された発泡セル層と、前記発泡セル層の表面側に配置され、前記発泡セル層より発泡密度が高い発泡セルが密集配置された表面皮膜層とを有し、
前記表面皮膜層は、前記発泡セル層より通気度が低いことを特徴とする発泡体。 - 請求項1記載の発泡体であって、
前記発泡セル層の通気度は、3〜10cc/cm2/secの範囲で、発泡体全体の通気性は、1±0.5cc/cm2/secの範囲であることを特徴とする発泡体。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の発泡体であって、
前記発泡セル層の通気度は、3〜10cc/cm2/secの範囲で、前記表面皮膜層の通気性は、2.5cc/cm2/sec以下であることを特徴とする発泡体。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の発泡体であって、
前記合成樹脂成分は、メルトフローレートが30g/10minであることを特徴とする発泡体。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の発泡体であって、
前記合成樹脂成分は、ポリプロピレン樹脂材のJ830HV(株式会社プライムポリマーの商品名プライムポリプロの一種)であることを特徴とする発泡体。
