得られた糖衣液を用いて実施例8と同様の方法で糖衣チューインガムを得た。得られたチューインガムは、口に入れた瞬間はメントールの香りが十分に感じられたものの、噛み始めるとともに乳化剤特有の苦みも感じられ、あまり好ましいものではなかった。
