Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施例による充電制御装置は、バッテリを充電または放電する複数のスレーブを含む一つ以上のスレーブグループ、及び一つ以上のスレーブグループの動作を制御するための制御信号を一つ以上のスレーブグループに伝送し、一つ以上のスレーブグループそれぞれに含まれた複数のスレーブのうちいずれか一つを代替マスタとして選定するマスタを含むが、代替マスタはマスタの全機能のうち一部または全部を行うスレーブである。

Claims (10)
- 充電制御装置において、
バッテリを充電または放電する複数のスレーブを含む一つ以上のスレーブグループと、
前記一つ以上のスレーブグループの動作を制御するための制御信号を前記一つ以上のスレーブグループに伝送し、前記一つ以上のスレーブグループそれぞれに含まれた複数のスレーブのうちいずれか一つを代替マスタとして選定するマスタと、を含み、
前記代替マスタは、前記マスタの全機能のうち一部または全部を行うスレーブであることを特徴とする、充電制御装置。 - 前記代替マスタが前記マスタの一部の機能を行う場合、前記一部の機能はスレーブの過負荷の発生可否を検出する機能を含む、請求項1に記載の充電制御装置。
- 複数の代替マスタのうちいずれか一つの代替マスタが他のスレーブグループに含まれたスレーブの過負荷を検出した場合、過負荷を検出した代替マスタは過負荷が発生したスレーブに関する情報を他の代替マスタまたは前記マスタに伝送する、請求項2に記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記複数のスレーブの間を連結または分離する複数のスイッチの対を更に含み、
前記マスタは、受信された情報に基づいて過負荷が発生したスレーブをバイパス処理するように前記複数のスイッチの対の動作を制御する、請求項3に記載の充電制御装置。 - 前記バイパス処理は、前記エラーが発生したスレーブを除き、残りのスレーブの間に前記制御信号を伝達するように前記複数のスイッチングの対の動作を制御する処理過程である、請求項4に記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記マスタは、前記複数のスレーブのうちエラーが発生したスレーブを確認するために制御信号を伝送し、
前記代替マスタは、前記制御信号に対応した応答信号に基づいてエラーが発生したスレーブを確認する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の充電制御装置。 - 前記応答信号は、複数のスレーブそれぞれの状態情報を示す応答データを含むデータフレームを含む、請求項6に記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記状態情報は、各スレーブに流れる電流値及び電圧値のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む、請求項7に記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記代替マスタは、スレーブに流れる電流値が予め設定された値以上であれば該当スレーブに過負荷がかかったと判断する、請求項8に記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記複数のスレーブ及び前記マスタはリング構造を有するように直列連結される、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の充電制御装置。
