Claims (5)
- 鋼I桁橋の下フランジに固着させたソールプレートの溶接部に亀裂が発生し、下フランジからウェブに進展した場合に、亀裂箇所を補修して下フランジとソールプレートとの固着状態を補修するための橋梁の支承部の補修方法において、
亀裂が発生した溶接箇所を除去し、
該溶接箇所が連繋している下フランジの一部であって、亀裂が進展した部分にフランジ部削溝を形成し、
亀裂が進展したウェブの部分にウェブ部削溝を形成し、
前記フランジ部削溝の前記ソールプレートの側に裏当て材を配し、
前記ウェブの側から前記フランジ部削溝を通してソールプレートと下フランジとをすみ肉溶接すると共に、該フランジ部削溝を溶加材によって閉塞させることを特徴とする橋梁の支承部の補修方法。 - 前記裏当て材をセラミック系材料を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の橋梁の支承部の補修方法。
- 前記裏当て材を円柱としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の橋梁の支承部の補修方法。
- 前記裏当て材を三角柱としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の橋梁の支承部の補修方法。
- 前記裏当て材を、接着テープを用いてソールプレートと下フランジとに固定することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれかに記載の橋梁の支承部の補修方法。
