Abstract
Description
[1](A)ポリアミド樹脂100重量部に対して、(B)3つ以上の水酸基を有する脂肪族化合物20〜150重量部および(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基を1つより多く有する化合物5〜50重量部を配合してなるポリアミド樹脂組成物。
[2]前記(B)3つ以上の水酸基を有する脂肪族化合物の配合量に対する前記(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基を1つより多く有する化合物の配合量の比((C)配合量/(B)配合量)が0.1〜0.9である[1]に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
[3]前記(B)3つ以上の水酸基を有する脂肪族化合物の水酸基価が100〜2000mgKOH/gである[1]または[2]に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
[4]前記(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基を1つより多く有する化合物の分子量が800〜10000である[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
[5][1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物を成形してなる成形品。

となる条件において溶融混練することがより好ましい。なお、ニーディングゾーンおよびフルフライトゾーンの樹脂圧力とは、各々のゾーンに設置された樹脂圧力計の示す樹脂圧力を指す。
ポリアミド樹脂を約5mg採取し、窒素雰囲気下、セイコーインスツル製 ロボットDSC(示差走査熱量計) RDC220を用い、次の条件で(A)ポリアミド樹脂の融点および降温結晶化温度を測定した。ポリアミド樹脂の融点+40℃に昇温して溶融状態とした後、20℃/分の降温速度で30℃まで降温したときに観測される発熱ピークの温度(降温結晶化温度)を求めた。さらに30℃で3分間保持した後、20℃/分の昇温速度で融点+40℃まで昇温したときに観測される吸熱ピークの温度(融点)を求めた。
ポリアミド樹脂濃度0.01g/mlの98%濃硫酸中、25℃でオストワルド式粘度計を用いて相対粘度(ηr)を測定した。
(B)水酸基含有脂肪族化合物、(b)水酸基含有化合物を0.5g採取し250ml三角フラスコに加え、次いで、無水酢酸と無水ピリジンを1:10(質量比)に調整・混合した溶液20.00mlを採取し、前記三角フラスコに入れ、還流冷却器を取り付けて、100℃に温調したオイルバス下で20分間、撹拌しながら還流させた後、室温まで冷却した。さらに、前記三角フラスコ内に冷却器を通じてアセトン20ml、蒸留水20mlを加えた。これにフェノールフタレイン指示薬を入れて、0.5mol/Lのエタノール性水酸化カリウム溶液により滴定した。なお、別途測定したブランク(試料を含まない)の測定結果を差し引き、下記式(4)により水酸基価を算出した。
水酸基価[mgKOH/g]=[((B−C)×f×28.05)/S]+E (4)但し、B:滴定に用いた0.5mol/Lのエタノール性水酸化カリウム溶液の量[ml]、C:ブランクの滴定に用いた0.5mol/Lのエタノール性水酸化カリウム溶液の量[ml]、f:0.5mol/Lのエタノール性水酸化カリウム溶液のファクター、S:試料の質量[g]、E:酸価を表す。
(B)水酸基含有脂肪族化合物、(b)水酸基含有化合物を、下記条件で13C−NMR分析した後、下記式(2)により分岐度(DB)を算出した。

式(2)中、Dはデンドリックユニットの数、Lは線状ユニットの数、Tは末端ユニットの数を表す。上記D、T、Lは13C−NMRにより測定したピーク面積から算出した。Dは第3級または第4級炭素原子に由来し、Tは第1級炭素原子の中で、メチル基であるものに由来し、Lは第1級または第2級炭素原子の中で、Tを除くものに由来する。なお、ピーク面積は、NMR装置付属の解析ソフトを用い、ベースラインとピークで囲まれた部分の面積を積分することにより算出した。13C−NMR測定条件は下記の通りである。

(B)水酸基含有脂肪族化合物、(b)水酸基含有化合物、(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基含有化合物、(c)単官能エポキシ化合物を2.5mg秤量し、ヘキサフルオロイソプロパノール(0.005N−トリフルオロ酢酸ナトリウム添加)4mlに溶解し、0.45μmのフィルターでろ過して得られた溶液を測定に用いた。測定条件を以下に示す。

水酸基の数は、(B)水酸基含有脂肪族化合物、(b)水酸基含有化合物の数平均分子量と水酸基価を算出し、下記式(1)により算出した。
水酸基の数=(数平均分子量×水酸基価)/56110 (1)。
(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基含有化合物の分子量を、エポキシ当量およびカルボジイミド当量の和で割ることにより、1分子中のエポキシ基およびカルボジイミド基の数の和を算出した。エポキシ当量は、(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基含有化合物400mgを、ヘキサフルオロイソプロパノール30mlに溶解させた後、酢酸20ml、テトラエチルアンモニウムブロミド/酢酸溶液(=50g/200ml)を加え、指示薬としてクリスタルバイオレットを用いて、0.1Nの過塩素酸により滴定を行い、溶解液の色が紫色から青緑色に変化した際の滴定量より、下記式(3)を用いて算出した。

各実施例および比較例により得られたペレットを80℃で12時間減圧乾燥し、射出成形機(ファナック(株)製ROBOSHOTS−2000i5A)を用いて、シリンダー温度:(A)ポリアミド樹脂の融点+15℃、金型温度:140℃(実施例16〜18は80℃)、射出/冷却時間:5/10秒、スクリュー回転数:150rpm、射出圧力:100MPa、射出速度:100mm/秒、計量位置:25mmの条件で、直径30mm、1mm厚の円盤成形品を射出成形した。その際、100ショット連続成形時の計量時間を計測し、その平均値を算出した。この値が小さいほど、噛み込み性に優れることを表す。
各実施例および比較例により得られたペレットを80℃で12時間減圧乾燥し、射出成形機(ファナック(株)製ROBOSHOTS−2000i5A)を用いて、シリンダー温度:(A)ポリアミド樹脂の融点+15℃、金型温度:140℃(実施例16〜18は80℃)、射出/冷却時間:5/10秒、スクリュー回転数:150rpm、射出圧力:100MPa、射出速度:100mm/秒の条件で、長さ100mm×幅60mm×高さ25mm、肉厚2mmの箱型成形品を成形し、離型性を評価した。離型性の評価は、圧力センサーを突き出しピン(直径2mm)の後ろに配置し、金型から箱型成形品を取り出す際の突出し応力を測定することにより行った。10ショットの突出し応力の平均値を離型力として示した。
各実施例および比較例により得られたペレットを80℃で12時間減圧乾燥し、射出成形機(住友重機械工業(株)製SG75H−MIV)を用いて、シリンダー温度:(A)ポリアミド樹脂の融点+15℃、金型温度:140℃(実施例13〜15は80℃)、射出/冷却時間:10/10秒、スクリュー回転数:150rpm、射出圧力:100MPa、射出速度:100mm/秒の条件で、80mm×80mm×3mm厚の角板(フィルムゲート)を射出成形した。得られた角板を50℃の大気下で1時間熱処理し、処理後の角板表面の状態を目視観察し、次の基準により評価した。
A:表面にブリード物は認められず、シルバーストリークも認められない。
B:表面にブリード物が認められるが、シルバーストリークは認められない。
C:表面にブリード物は認められないが、シルバーストリークは認められる。
なお、ブリード物とは成形品表面に浮き出たものを示し、(B)水酸基含有脂肪族化合物が室温において固体状の場合は粉ふきのようなものであり、(B)水酸基含有脂肪族化合物が室温において液体状の場合は粘性の液状のようなものとなる。また、シルバーストリークとは、成形品表面に、ゲートを中心として溶融樹脂組成物の流動方向に生じるギラギラした銀白色の条痕のようなものである。
実施例2〜5により得られたペレットを80℃で12時間減圧乾燥し、射出成形機(住友重機械工業(株)製SG75H−MIV)を用いて、シリンダー温度:(A)ポリアミド樹脂の融点+15℃、金型温度:140℃、射出/冷却時間:10/10秒、スクリュー回転数:150rpm、射出圧力:100MPa、射出速度:100mm/秒の条件で、80mm×80mm×3mm厚の角板(フィルムゲート)を射出成形した。得られた角板を50℃、60%RHの条件下で30分湿熱処理し、処理後の角板表面の状態を目視観察し、前述の[表面外観]に記載の基準により評価した。
デカメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸の等モル塩である10T塩と、デカメチレンジアミン全量に対して0.5mol%のデカメチレンジアミンを過剰に添加した。さらに、これら原料の合計70重量部に対して、水30重量部を添加して混合した。これを、加圧容器に仕込んで密閉し、窒素置換した。加熱を開始して、缶内圧力が2.0MPaに到達した後、水分を系外へ放出させながら缶内圧力2.0MPa、缶内温度240℃で2時間保持した。その後、反応容器から内容物をクーリングベルト上に吐出し、これを100℃で24時間真空乾燥してポリアミド樹脂オリゴマーを得た。得られたポリアミド樹脂オリゴマーを粉砕、乾燥し、50Pa、240℃で固相重合し、ηr=2.48、融点318℃、降温結晶化温度280℃のナイロン10Tを得た。
(A−1):融点260℃、降温結晶化温度227℃のナイロン66樹脂(東レ(株)製“アミラン”(登録商標)CM3001−N)、ηr=2.78。
(A−2):融点225℃、降温結晶化温度166℃のナイロン6樹脂(東レ(株)製“アミラン”(登録商標)CM1010)、ηr=2.70。
(A−3):融点225℃、降温結晶化温度167℃のナイロン610樹脂(東レ(株)製“アミラン”(登録商標)CM2001)、ηr=2.71。
(B−1):ジペンタエリスリトール(東京化成工業(株)製)
1分子中に6つの水酸基を有する。分子量254、水酸基価1325mgKOH/g、分岐度0.20。
(B−2):ペンタエリスリトール(東京化成工業(株)製)
1分子中に4つの水酸基を有する。分子量136、水酸基価1645mgKOH/g、分岐度0.20。
(b−3):2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオール(東京化成工業(株)製)

表に示す(A)ポリアミド樹脂、(B)水酸基含有脂肪族化合物、(b)水酸基含有化合物、(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基含有化合物、(c)単官能エポキシ化合物、(D)離型剤および(E)滑剤を、シリンダー設定温度をポリアミド樹脂の融点+15℃、スクリュー回転数を200rpmに設定した(株)日本製鋼所製TEX30型2軸押出機(L/D=45)に供給し、溶融混練した。各原料の供給位置は、表に示すとおり、スクリューの全長を1.0としたときの上流側より見て0の位置、つまりスクリューセグメントの上流側の端部の位置に接続されているメインフィーダー、または、スクリューの全長を1.0としたときの上流側より見て0.65の位置、つまりスクリュー長の1/2より下流側の位置に接続されているサイドフィーダーより供給した。2軸押出機のスクリュー構成は、ニーディングゾーンの合計長さをLnとした場合、Ln/Lが0.12となるよう構成した。ダイから吐出されるガットを即座に水浴にて冷却し、ストランドカッターによりペレット化した。各実施例および比較例の評価結果を表1〜4に示す。また、耐湿熱性の評価結果は、実施例2:B、実施例3:A、実施例4:A、実施例5:Bであった。
Claims (5)
- (A)ポリアミド樹脂100重量部に対して、(B)3つ以上の水酸基を有する脂肪族化合物20〜150重量部および(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基を1つより多く有する化合物5〜50重量部を配合してなるポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- 前記(B)3つ以上の水酸基を有する脂肪族化合物の配合量に対する前記(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基を1つより多く有する化合物の配合量の比((C)配合量/(B)配合量)が0.1〜0.9である請求項1に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- 前記(B)3つ以上の水酸基を有する脂肪族化合物の水酸基価が100〜2000mgKOH/gである請求項1または請求項2に記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- 前記(C)エポキシ基および/またはカルボジイミド基を1つより多く有する化合物の分子量が800〜10000である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のポリアミド樹脂組成物を成形してなる成形品。
