Description

The present invention relates to a plate stock apparatus that is used when a plate material is supplied to a plate material processing machine such as a press brake and stocks a plurality of plate materials in an upright state.

For example, it is difficult to take a single plate using a plate material that has been molded such as burring, or a magnet floater device (see JP 2002-114376 A, JP 2001-315965 A, JP 2000-318861 A, etc.). When supplying non-ferrous plate materials to a press brake (an example of a plate material processing machine), the plate materials are stocked in a standing state, not in a flat state. And the structure of the conventional board | plate material stock apparatus stocked in the state which stood the several board | plate material is as follows.

A conventional plate material stock device includes a base that can be mounted (set) on a mounting member disposed on a plate material supply side of a press brake. Further, the base table is provided with a pair of attachment members spaced apart in the width direction (the width direction of the plate stock apparatus), and each attachment member is configured to be adjustable in the width direction. Further, each mounting member is provided with a comb-like support plate that supports the end portion of the plate material, and each support plate has an insertion groove (insertion slit) for inserting the end portion of the plate material. It is formed at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the width direction, and the upper end of each insertion groove is open.

In addition, there exists a thing shown in patent document 1 and patent document 2 as a prior art relevant to this invention.

Special Table 2002-540951

By the way, in order to be able to stock many types of plate materials with different thicknesses, the groove width (length in the direction perpendicular to each other) of each support plate is usually set large, and each end of the plate material is supported by each support plate. Even if it is inserted into the insertion groove of the plate, the plate material cannot be fixed to the support plate. For this reason, it is not easy to transfer the plate material stock device from the place separated from the placement member to the placement member side while stabilizing the support state of the plate material by the support plate. It is difficult to perform setup. Therefore, when all the plate materials stocked in the plate material stocking device are supplied to the press brake (an example of a plate material processing machine), the operation of the press brake is temporarily stopped and a plurality of plate materials are stocked in the empty plate material stocking device. There is a problem that it is difficult to sufficiently improve the productivity of the press brake.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the novel board | plate material stock apparatus which can solve the above-mentioned problem.

A feature of the present invention is used when a plate material is supplied to a plate material processing machine. In the plate material stocking apparatus that stocks a plurality of plate materials in an upright state, the mounting is provided on the plate material supply side of the plate material processing machine. A base that can be placed (set) on the mounting member, a pair of mounting members that are spaced apart from each other in the width direction on the base, and an end (one end or First insertion grooves (first insertion slits) for inserting the other end portions are formed at intervals in a direction orthogonal to the width direction, and the upper ends of the first insertion grooves are opened, and the first insertions are made. The wall surface on one side of the orthogonal direction of the groove is parallel to the vertical direction (vertical direction), and is attached to either the comb-shaped support plate that supports the end of the plate member, the mounting member, or the base base A part of the plate material (one 2nd insertion groove (2nd insertion slit) for inserting a part, the other end part, or the intermediate part of one end part and the other end part corresponds to a plurality of said 1st insertion grooves of said support plate (alignment) A comb-shaped pressing plate that presses the plate material to one side in the orthogonal direction, and the pressing plate is attached to one side in the orthogonal direction. And a biasing member for biasing.

In the specification and claims of the present application, the “plate material processing machine” means a press brake, a laser processing machine, a punch press, and the like, and the “width direction” means a plate material stock. The width direction of the apparatus, in other words, the width direction of the base table. Further, “arranged” means that it is indirectly disposed via another member in addition to being directly disposed, and “provided” means directly In addition to being provided, it is intended to include being provided indirectly through another member. “Erecting” means not only being erected directly but also being indirectly erected via another member. Furthermore, the “biasing member” means a spring such as a coil spring and an actuator such as an air cylinder.

According to the feature of the present invention, one end of the plate is inserted into the first insertion groove of one of the support plates, and the other end of the plate is inserted into the first insertion groove of the other support plate. Further, a part of the plate material is inserted into the second insertion groove of the pressing plate while resisting the urging force of the urging member. Then, the urging force of the urging member causes one end portion of the plate member to come into pressure contact with the vertical wall surface (the wall surface on one side in the orthogonal direction) of the first insertion groove of one of the support plates. The end portion comes into pressure contact with the vertical wall surface of the first insertion groove of the other support plate. Thereby, it can stock in the state which fixed the board | plate material with respect to a pair of said support plate, and stood | emitted vertically. Then, by repeating the above-described operation a plurality of times, a plurality of plate materials can be stocked while being fixed to the pair of the support plates and standing vertically.

According to the present invention, since a plurality of plate members can be stocked while being fixed to a pair of the support plates and standing vertically, the plate material stocking device is provided while stabilizing the support state of the plate members by the support plates. It can be easily transferred from the place separated from the mounting member to the mounting member side, and the plate material can be externally set up with respect to the plate material stock device. Therefore, when all the plate materials stocked in the plate material stock device are supplied to the plate material processing machine, only replacing the empty plate material stock device and the externally prepared plate material stock device with respect to the mounting member, The operation of the plate material processing machine can be resumed. Therefore, in the above-mentioned case, the interruption time of the operation of the plate material processing machine can be shortened as much as possible, and the productivity of the plate material processing machine can be sufficiently improved.

In the drawings, “P1” is the width direction, “P2” is the direction perpendicular to the width direction, “L” is the left direction, “R” is the right direction, “FF” is the front direction, “ “FR” indicates the backward direction, “U” indicates the upward direction, and “D” indicates the downward direction.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the plate stock apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention supplies a plate W to a press brake (not shown) by operation of a supply robot 3 capable of teaching (Patent Literature). 2 (see FIG. 8 of FIG. 2), in which a plurality of plate materials W are stocked in a vertical (vertical) state. And the concrete structure of the board | plate material stock apparatus 1 which concerns on embodiment of this invention is as follows.

The plate material stock device 1 includes a base table 7 that can be mounted (set) on a mounting member (mounting table) 5 disposed on the supply side of the plate material W in the press brake. It extends in the width direction (left-right direction) and has an ant-shaped shape. In addition, a pair of positioning pins 9 that can be brought into contact with the left side surface of the mounting member 5 are provided on the lower surface of the base table 7, and the mounting member is positioned on the right side of the positioning pins 9 on the lower surface of the base table 7. An engagement pin 13 that can be engaged with an engagement groove 11 formed on the upper surface of 5 is provided.

The base table 7 is provided with a pair of mounting members 15 spaced apart in the width direction, and each mounting member 15 extends in a direction perpendicular to the width direction (front-rear direction), and has the shape of the base table 7. The shape approximates the corresponding dovetail shape. A concave portion 17 extending in the orthogonal direction is formed in the intermediate portion of each mounting member 15. And each attachment member 15 is comprised so that position adjustment is possible to the width direction according to the magnitude | size (width | variety) of the board | plate material W. As shown in FIG. Specifically, a fixed shaft 19 is screwed (in a screwed state) to the front surface of each mounting member 15, and the right side surface of the base base 7 is attached to the tip of the fixed shaft 19. A pressing block 21 to be pressed is rotatably connected around the axis of the fixed shaft 19. In addition, a fixed lever 23 is integrally connected to a base end portion of the fixed shaft 19, and the fixed lever 23 is pressed and pressed against the pressing block 21 by the rotation operation (rotation operation of the fixed lever 23). It switches to the release state. Instead of each mounting member 15 being configured to be position adjustable in the width direction, only one of the mounting members 15 may be configured to be position adjustable in the width direction.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 5, a comb-like support that supports an end portion (one end portion or the other end portion) of the plate member W is provided on the side surface (left side surface or right side surface) of each mounting member 15. A plate 25 is erected via a plurality of screw members 29 with spacers 27 and a plurality of nuts 31, and each support plate 25 extends in the orthogonal direction. Each support plate 25 is formed with a plurality of first insertion grooves (first insertion slits) 33 for inserting the end portions of the plate material W at intervals in the orthogonal direction. The upper end of the insertion groove 33 is open. Furthermore, wall surfaces 33a and 33b on both sides (front side and rear side) of each first insertion groove 33 in the orthogonal direction are parallel to the vertical direction (vertical direction). If only the wall surface 33a on one side (front side) of each first insertion groove 33 in the orthogonal direction is parallel to the vertical direction, the other side (rear side) of each first insertion groove 33 in the orthogonal direction. ) Wall surface 33b may be inclined with respect to the vertical direction.

On the side surface (left side surface or right side surface) of each mounting member 15, a comb-shaped pressing plate 35 that presses the plate member W to one side (front direction) in the orthogonal direction is movable in the orthogonal direction (slightly Movable). Each pressing plate 35 is made of a rubber material (one of elastic materials) made of urethane, silicon, acrylic, or the like, and is adjacent to the corresponding support plate 25 and extends in the orthogonal direction. Further, each pressing plate 35 is formed with a plurality of elongated holes 37 (inserted through) through which the corresponding spacers 27 are inserted, and each of the elongated holes 37 of each pressing plate 35 is orthogonal to each other. It extends in the direction. In each pressing plate 35, a plurality of second insertion grooves (second insertion slits) 39 for inserting end portions of the plate material W correspond (align) to the plurality of first insertion grooves 33 of the support plate 25. It is formed as follows. Further, the upper end of each second insertion groove 39 is open, and each second insertion groove 39 has the same shape as the first insertion groove 33 of the support plate 25. Note that the pressing plate 35 may be erected between the pair of support plates 25 on the upper surface of the base base 7 instead of being erected on the side surface of each mounting member 15, and in this case, the pressing plate 35. Each of the second insertion grooves 39 is for inserting an intermediate portion of the plate material W (an intermediate portion between one end and the other end). Instead of the entire pressing plate 35 being made of a rubber material, an inner portion of each second insertion groove 39 of each pressing plate 35 may be partially made of a rubber material. Instead of the second insertion grooves 39 of the pressing plate 35 having the same shape as the first insertion grooves 33 of the support plate 25, the second insertion grooves 39 may have different shapes from the first insertion grooves 33 of the support plate 25.

A movable pin 41 is integrally provided at the lower end of each pressing plate 35, and each movable pin 41 is supported in the recess 17 of the corresponding mounting member 15 so as to be movable in the orthogonal direction. . A coil spring (an example of a spring) 43 that biases the movable pin 41 toward one side (front direction) in the orthogonal direction is provided in the recess 17 of each mounting member 15. In other words, the coil spring 43 that urges the pressing plate 35 to the one side in the orthogonal direction via the movable pin 41 is provided in the concave portion 17 of each mounting member 15. Instead of using the coil spring 43 as an urging member for urging the pressing plate 35 to one side in the orthogonal direction, a spring other than the coil spring 43 (not shown) or an actuator such as an air cylinder (not shown) ) May be used.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a support column 45 is erected on one end portion (right end portion) of the base table 7 in the width direction, and one end surface (right end surface) of the plate material W is provided on the support column 45. Is provided, and the wall member 47 extends in the orthogonal direction. The base 7 is provided with a measuring instrument 49 for measuring the distance in the width direction of the pair of attachment members 15, in other words, the distance in the width direction of the pair of support plates 25. Furthermore, a plurality of stopper pins 51 for preventing the attachment member 15 from being detached are provided at the other end portion (left end portion) in the width direction of the base base 7.

Then, the effect | action and effect of embodiment of this invention are demonstrated.

With one end surface of the plate member W being abutted against the wall member 47, one end portion of the plate member W is inserted into the first insertion groove 33 of one support plate 25 from above, and the other end portion of the plate member W is inserted into the other end portion. The support plate 25 is inserted into the first insertion groove 33 from above. At the same time, one end portion of the plate material W is inserted into the second insertion groove 39 of one pressing plate 35 while resisting the urging force of the coil spring 43, and the other end portion of the plate material W is inserted into the coil spring 43. When inserted from above into the second insertion groove 39 of the other pressing plate 35 while resisting the urging force. Then, one end portion of the plate material W is pressed against the vertical wall surface 33a of the first insertion groove 33 of the one support plate 25 by the urging force of the coil spring 43, and the plate material W The other end portion comes into pressure contact with the vertical wall surface 33 a of the first insertion groove 33 of the other support plate 25. As a result, the plate material W can be stocked while being fixed to the pair of support plates 25 and standing upright. Then, by repeating the above-described operation a plurality of times, a plurality of plate materials W can be stocked while being fixed to the pair of support plates 25 and standing upright.

Since at least the inner part of each second insertion groove 39 of each pressing plate 35 is made of a rubber material such as urethane, the end portion (one end portion or the other end portion) of the plate material W is damaged by pressing by the pressing plate 35. Can be prevented.

Accordingly, since a plurality of plate materials W can be stocked while being fixed to the pair of support plates 25 and standing vertically, the plate material stock apparatus 1 can be used while stabilizing the support state of the plate material W by the pair of support plates 25. The plate material W can be easily transferred from the place separated from the placement member 5 to the placement member 5 side, and the plate material W can be set up outside the plate material stock device 1. In particular, since each pressing plate 35 is adjacent to the corresponding support plate 25, the support state of the plate material W by the pair of support plates 25 can be further stabilized. Therefore, when all the plate materials W stocked in the plate material stock device 1 are supplied to the press brake by the operation of the supply robot 3, the empty plate material stock device 1 and the plate material stock device 1 that has already been set up with respect to the mounting member 5. It is possible to resume the operation of the press brake by simply exchanging. Therefore, in the above-described case, the press brake operation interruption time can be shortened as much as possible, and the press brake productivity can be sufficiently improved.

In addition, since the plurality of plate members W can be stocked while being fixed to the pair of support plates 25 and standing vertically, the posture of the plate member W in the stock can be stabilized, and the teaching operation of the supply robot 3 can be performed. Simplification can be achieved.

Furthermore, since it can prevent that the edge part of the board | plate material W is damaged by the press by the press board 35, the external appearance quality of the board | plate material W in stock can be maintained, and the utility value of the board | plate material stock apparatus 1 can be raised.

In addition, this invention is not restricted to description of the above-mentioned embodiment, It can implement in a various aspect.
