Abstract
Description
プレチャンバガス供給(装置)の名目上の圧力(nominal pressure、呼び圧力)からの差圧がプレチャンバガス弁より前で局所的に生じること、そしてそれ故に、
プレチャンバガス弁を開かせるところの、プレチャンバガス供給導管と主燃焼室との間の圧力比(pressure ratio)が、過度に短時間の間達成され又はあまりにも長く達成され、あるいは全く達成されないということ、をもたらす。
おおよその均等化をもたらす。したがって、シリンダAおよびBはほぼ同量のプレチャンバガスを受容する。

Claims (2)
- 内燃エンジン(1)、特にガス・オットーサイクルエンジンであって、
各々がプレチャンバ(予備燃焼室)(2)を具備してなる複数のシリンダ(Z)と、
それぞれのプレチャンバー(2)と関連するプレチャンバガス弁(3)を介して前記プレチャンバ(2)に燃料ガスを供給可能とするプレチャンバガス供給導管(4)と、
を備え、前記プレチャンバガス供給導管(4)と前記プレチャンバガス弁(3)との間にはそれぞれ開口部(5)が配設されている、内燃エンジン(1)において、
プレチャンバガス弁(3)と関連する前記開口部(5)の少なくとも1つ(好ましくは全て)は、プレチャンバガス弁(3)と開口部(5)との間の容積空間(6)において燃焼サイクル間で最大となる圧力がプレチャンバガス供給導管(4)を占める圧力に達しない程度の、小さな流通係数を有している、ことを特徴とする内燃エンジン。 - 少なくとも二つの開口部(5)が、互いに異なる流通係数を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃エンジン。
