Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inter-sheet binding body that binds a plurality of sheets, a manufacturing method of an inter-sheet binding body, and an image forming apparatus.
Conventionally, metal staples or the like have been used to bind a plurality of sheets (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, staples are bound through the paper. For this reason, when the used paper is separated, a hole is formed in the paper. Therefore, it is difficult to reuse the separated paper.

The anchor agent layer 33 is laminated between the release agent layer 32 and the first
The release agent layer 32 and the anchor agent layer 33 described above constitute an interlayer release portion. When a force is applied in the thickness direction Z in a state where the release agent layer 32 and the anchor agent layer 33 are adhered, delamination between the release agent layer 32 and the anchor agent layer 33 (that is, both at the interface). Separation of the peeling agent layer 32 and the anchor agent layer 33 occurs. Accordingly, in a state where the
By the way, the anchor agent layer 33 is bonded to the release agent layer 32 in a state where an anchor effect is exerted. However, since the release agent layer 32 contains several percent of silicon or the like that promotes release, the adhesive force between the release agent layer 32 and the anchor agent layer 33 is higher than the adhesive force and adhesive force between other layers of the
Further, the release agent layer 32 and the anchor agent layer 33 are not peeled off as long as the bound

(2) Second adhesive layer
As shown in FIG. 4B, a
As described above, the three
(3)
The bound
Between the release agent layer 32 and the anchor agent layer 33, delamination is performed with a force smaller than the adhesive force between the
This step may also be performed by an operator, or a dedicated processing device may be used.
The order of separating the bound
After the bound
Furthermore, the

The affixing
The
The take-up
The

The
The
Next, the operation of the
As shown in FIG. 9A, the
As shown in FIG. 9B, when the
As shown in FIG. 9C, when the
As shown in FIG. 9D, the
When the
9A to 9D is repeated for the required number of sheets, and the
The
In the
In the attaching
