Claims (9)
- 鋼裏金層上に多孔質焼結層と樹脂組成物とからなる摺動層が設けられた摺動部材において、
前記多孔質焼結層は、Ni−P合金相と粒状のFeまたはFe合金相とからなり、
前記Ni−P合金相は、前記粒状のFeまたはFe合金相どうし及び前記粒状のFeまたはFe合金相と前記鋼裏金層とをつなぐバインダとして機能しており、
前記鋼裏金層は、炭素の含有量が0.05〜0.3質量%の炭素鋼であるとともに、組織がフェライト相とパーライト相とからなり、
前記鋼裏金層の厚さ方向の中央部における組織中の前記パーライト相の割合は、30体積%以下であり、
前記摺動層との界面となる前記鋼裏金層の表面には、組織中の前記パーライト相の割合が50体積%以上である高パーライト相部が形成されていることを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記高パーライト相部の組織中の前記パーライト相の割合は、前記鋼裏金層の厚さ方向の中央部における組織中の前記パーライト相の割合に対して2倍以上となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記高パーライト相部の平均厚さは、50〜400μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動部材。
- 前記高パーライト相部は、組織が網目状のフェライト相と該網目状のフェライト相に囲まれた粗大なパーライト相とからなり、
前記粗大なパーライト相の平均粒径は、前記鋼裏金層の厚さ方向の中央部における組織中の前記パーライト相の平均粒径に対して3倍以上大きいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。 - 前記高パーライト相部の前記摺動層との界面となる表面における前記網目状のフェライト相の面積率は、90%以上であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の摺動部材。
- 前記高パーライト相部の前記摺動層との界面となる表面における前記網目状のフェライト相の厚さは、最大で5μmであることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の摺動部材。
- 前記Ni−P合金相の組成は、9〜13質量%のPと残部Niおよび不可避不純物からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
- 前記Ni−P合金相の組成は、9〜13質量%のP、及び選択成分として1〜4質量%のB、1〜12質量%のSi、1〜12質量%のCr、1〜3質量%のFe、0.5〜5質量%のSn、0.5〜5質量%のCuから選択される1種以上を含有し、残部Niおよび不可避不純物からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
- 前記多孔質焼結層における前記Ni−P合金相の割合は、前記多孔質焼結層の100質量部に対して前記Ni−P合金相が5〜40質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
