Claims (5)
- 被検物の偏光特性を表すジョーン行列を取得する偏光感受型OCT(PS−OCT)であって、
ジョーンズ行列に対応して取得したBスキャン画像又は/及びCスキャン画像(ボリュームデータ)に対して所定のカーネル(XZ方向又は/或いはXYZ方向の所定のピクセル範囲)を設定し、
設定した所定のカーネル内の各ピクセルにおけるジョーンズ行列を1つ以上のユニタリ行列を用いてモデル化して各ピクセルの相対グローバル位相を算出し、
算出した相対グローバル位相を所定のカーネル内の各ピクセルで相殺して、
所定のカーネル内のジョーンズ行列の各要素を平均化処理する処理手段を備えたことを特徴とする光断層画像撮影装置。 - 所定のカーネル内で最もS/N比の高いピクセルを参照ピクセルとして検出し、検出した参照ピクセルのグローバル位相に対して各ピクセルの相対グローバル位相を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光断層画像撮影装置。
- 設定した所定のカーネルのX方向又は/及びY方向又は/及びZ方向の各ピクセルのジョーンズ行列の各要素(画素値)に対して所定の重み付け処理を実施することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光断層画像撮影装置。
- 所定の重み付け処理は、Gaussian処理であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光断層画像撮影装置。
- 所定の重み付け処理は、Hamming、Hanningなどの窓関数処理であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光断層画像撮影装置。
