Claims (10)
- 製造中に複合部品を検査するための方法であって、前記方法が、
プライ(30)の配置中に前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)に関する工程異常(48)を検出するステップ(12)と、
前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)に関する前記工程異常(48)の部品の位置座標を決定するステップ(14)と、
前記部品の位置座標に基づいて、デジタル部品モデル(70)に前記工程異常(48)を対応付けるステップ(16)と、
関連する前記工程異常の表示(72)を含む前記デジタル部品モデル(70)の表現を表示するステップ(18)と
を含む方法。 - 前記工程異常(48)を検出するステップ(12)が、前記プライ(30)の配置中に前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)の表面を視覚ベースの検査システムで走査するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品の位置座標を決定するステップ(14)が、
マシンコントローラー(54)またはプロセスパラメータの監視システム(54)から前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)に関する前記工程異常(48)の機械軸座標を取得するステップと、
前記機械軸座標を前記部品の位置座標に変換するステップと
を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記デジタル部品モデルに前記工程異常(48)を対応付けるステップ(16)が、前記工程異常(48)の前記部品の位置座標を前記デジタル部品モデル(70)上に前記工程異常(48)の前記表現を重ね合わせる3次元可視化ソフトウェア(64)に提供するステップを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程異常(48)を検出するステップ(12)が、前記工程異常(48)の種類を決定するステップを含み、前記デジタル部品モデルの前記表現を表示するステップ(18)が、異なる種類の工程異常に異なる視覚表示を割り当てるステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記デジタル部品モデル(70)の前記表現を表示するステップ(18)が、前記工程異常の前記表示(72)と同時に前記デジタル部品モデル(70)上にポストキュアの品質データを重ね合わせるステップ(20)をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記デジタル部品モデル(70)の前記表現を表示するステップ(18)が、前記工程異常の前記表示(72)と同時に前記デジタル部品モデル(70)上に工程中のセンサ測定箇所を重ね合わせるステップ(22)をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造中に複合部品を検査するためのシステムであって、前記システムが、
プライ(30)の配置中に前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)に関する工程異常(48)を検出するように構成された検査システム(52)と、
前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)に関する前記検査システム(52)によって検出された前記工程異常(48)の部品の位置座標を決定するように構成された計算システム(50)であって、前記部品の位置座標に基づいて、デジタル部品モデル(70)に前記工程異常(48)を対応付けるようにさらに構成された計算システム(50)と、
関連する前記工程異常(48)の表示を含む前記デジタル部品モデル(70)の表現を提示するように構成された、前記計算システム(50)に応答する表示部(56)と
を含むシステム。 - 前記検査システム(52)が、前記プライ(30)の配置中に前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)の表面を走査するように構成された視覚ベースの検査システムを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記計算システム(50)が、マシンコントローラー(54)またはプロセスパラメータの監視システム(54)から前記複合部品の前記プライ(30)に関する前記工程異常(48)の機械軸座標を取得し、前記機械軸座標を前記部品の位置座標に変換することによって、前記部品の位置座標を決定するように構成されている、請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
