Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article having a stretchable region in which a pattern is formed by shrinkage wrinkles.
In absorbent articles, such as decorative patterns (including pictures and one-point characters), usage instructions, usage assistance, size indications, etc., or manufacturer, product name, characteristic indications, etc. A display is added (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Conventionally, as a method for adding these indications, printing has been mainly used, and in addition to printing on a member originally provided in the absorbent article, it is common to paste a printed sheet on the absorbent article. It is the target. As another technique, so-called embossing is also used.
However, these conventional methods have a problem that when applied to the expansion / contraction region, the display is greatly collapsed due to expansion / contraction, and is not suitable for the expansion / contraction region. Another problem is that a high-grade appearance like underwear for adults cannot be obtained.
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a novel display addition method suitable for the stretchable region.

The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of Claim 1>
In an absorbent article having a stretchable region that is stretchable in at least one direction,
The stretchable region is formed by laminating an elastic sheet layer between the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer,
In a state where the elastic sheet layer is stretched in the stretching direction along the surface thereof, the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are arranged in large numbers with a space in the stretching direction and a direction perpendicular thereto. It is joined directly or indirectly at
In the natural length state of the elastic sheet layer, the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are formed with shrinkage ridges extending in a direction intersecting the expansion / contraction direction between the dotted joints,
A ground pattern region formed by a portion where the dotted joint is regularly repeated;
In the ground pattern region, the non-joined portion without the point-like joint portion, the sparse pattern portion in which the point-like joint portion is regularly repeated in a sparse arrangement than the ground pattern region, and the point-like joint portion are A display area in which at least one of dense pattern portions regularly repeated in a denser arrangement than the ground pattern area is formed in a display shape;
An absorbent article comprising:
(Function and effect)
In the present invention, the shrinkage wrinkles are formed so that the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer between the dotted joints are separated from each other, and the dotted joints are regularly repeated particularly in the ground pattern region. As a result, regular shrinkage wrinkles are formed. In the display area, shrinkage wrinkles are continuously formed in the non-joined portion, and this is displayed. As a result, the display rises with the regular shrinkage of the ground pattern area as the background. The appearance of this display is based on the expansion / contraction principle of the expansion / contraction area, so the display deforms due to expansion / contraction, but unlike the contraction / deformation of the printed sheet or embossing, it becomes a deformation like a scale change and the design It wo n’t change. In addition, such a design using shrinkage wrinkles comes to have a high-grade appearance like a lace pattern. In addition, in the ground pattern region and the display region, there is an advantage that the continuity of the elastic sheet layer in the expansion / contraction direction is not interrupted, and the elasticity is maintained as a whole.

(Function and effect)
When the contour display part by the dense pattern part is provided in this way, the space between the dotted joints becomes narrower than that of the ground pattern area in the dense pattern part, and the concave part due to a small shrinkage fold (a part where the exterior body is thin) Is formed along the outline of the display, so that the display appears more clearly and has a quaint appearance.

As the liquid-

A solid gather BS that fits around the legs is formed on both sides of the interior body 10. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the three-dimensional gather BS includes a fixed portion fixed to a side portion on the back surface of the interior body, and a side portion on the surface of the interior body from the fixed portion to the side of the interior body. The body part that extends to the front, the front and rear ends of the body part in a lying state, and the lying part that is fixed to the side of the surface of the interior body, and the freedom part that is formed with this lying part being unfixed The portion is formed of a gathered

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the
More specifically, in the
In the illustrated example, thread rubber is used for the waist elastic member 24. However, for example, a tape-like elastic member may be used. Alternatively, an elastic sheet layer described later may be extended to the waist 23. Good. The waist elastic member 24 in the illustrated form is sandwiched between folded portions 20C formed by folding the constituent material of the
The constituent material of the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer can be used without particular limitation as long as it is a sheet, but it is preferable to use a nonwoven fabric from the viewpoint of air permeability and flexibility. The nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited as to what the raw fiber is. For example, synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters and polyamides, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, natural fibers such as cotton, and mixed fibers and composite fibers using two or more of them. Etc. can be illustrated. Furthermore, the nonwoven fabric may be manufactured by any processing. Examples of the processing method include known methods such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, an air through method, and a point bond method. When using a nonwoven fabric, the basis weight is preferably about 12 to 20 g / m 2 . Further, the
Characteristically, as shown in FIG. 2, the
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 8 to 11, the
In the expansion / contraction region 20X configured in this way, the contraction ridge 25 is formed so that the
As can be seen from this principle, the above-described advantageous display can be formed only by providing only the non-joint portion 41 or the dense pattern portion 42 in the ground pattern region 70 in a display form. Although not shown, the display can also be formed by forming a sparse pattern portion in which the dotted joint portions 40 are regularly repeated in a sparse arrangement than the ground pattern region 70 in a display form.
The non-joined portion 41 provided in the display shape preferably has a longer length in the stretch direction than the pattern region surrounding it, that is, the interval in the stretch direction of the dotted joint portion 40 in the dense pattern portion 42 in the illustrated form. As a result, the display-like shrinkage fold 25 formed by the non-joined portion 41 swells larger than the surroundings, resulting in a clearer display.
The density of the point-like joints 40 (that is, the ratio of the point-like joints 40 to the unit area) is determined by using at least one of the area of the individual point-like joints 40 and the interval between the point-like joints 40 as the ground pattern region 70. It can be formed by making it different from that. For example, in order to form the dense pattern portion 42, the area of each point-like joint 40 is increased with respect to the ground pattern region 70 by making the distance between the point-like joints 40 the same, or each point-like joint 40. It is possible to reduce the interval between the dotted joint portions 40 by making the area of the portion 40 the same, or to increase the area of each dotted junction portion 40 and reduce the interval between the dotted junction portions 40. To form a sparse pattern, the opposite is true.
The shape of each individual point joint 40 can be an arbitrary shape such as a perfect circle, an ellipse, a polygon such as a triangle, a star, or a cloud. The size of each point joint 40 may be determined as appropriate, but if it is too large, the influence of the hardness of the point joint 40 on the touch will increase, and if it is too small, the joint area is small and the materials are sufficient. Therefore, the major axis or the diameter d1 is preferably about 0.5 to 2.5 mm. In particular, the area of the individual spot joints 40 in the ground pattern region 70 is preferably about 0.4 to 0.9 mm 2, and the area of the individual spot joints 40 in the dense pattern portion 42 is 0.6. It is preferable to set it to about -1.2 mm < 2 >, and it is preferable to set the area of each dotted | punctate junction part 40 in a sparse pattern part to about 0.3-0.6 mm < 2 >.
The planar arrangement of the point-like joint portions 40 in the ground pattern region 70, the dense pattern portion 42, and the sparse pattern portion can be determined as long as it is regularly repeated, and is an orthorhombic lattice shape or a hexagonal lattice shape (these are also called a staggered shape). A square lattice shape, a rectangular lattice shape, a parallel body lattice shape (a configuration in which two groups are arranged so that a large number of parallel oblique rows intersect each other as in the illustrated ground pattern region 70), etc. In addition to those in which the individual dot joints 40 are regularly repeated, the group of the dot joints 40 (group unit arrangement may be regular or irregular, and may be a pattern, character, etc.) It can also be repeated. The arrangement pattern of the point-shaped joints 40 of the ground pattern region 70, the dense pattern portion 42, and the sparse pattern portion may be the same or different from each other. In the illustrated form, the dot-shaped joint portions 40 of the ground pattern region 70 are parallel to each other. The dense pattern portion 42 is arranged in a rhombic lattice pattern (45 degrees zigzag).
The interval 40x in the expansion / contraction direction (width direction) of the dotted joint 40 in the ground pattern region 70 may be determined as appropriate, but if it is too wide, wrinkles at the time of contraction tend to be irregular, and the difference from the display region 80 can be understood. When it becomes difficult and the hardness is too narrow, the influence of the hardness of the joint 40 on the feeling becomes large. The same applies to the interval 40y in the direction orthogonal to the expansion / contraction direction. Further, the interval in the expansion / contraction direction (width direction) of the dotted joint portion 40 in the dense pattern portion 42 may be determined as appropriate, but if it is too wide, the difference from the ground pattern region 70 becomes difficult to understand, and if it is too narrow, the joint portion 40. Since the influence of the hardness of the material on the feel becomes large, the thickness is preferably about 0.5 to 1.0 mm. Further, the interval in the expansion / contraction direction (width direction) of the dotted joints 40 in the sparse pattern portion may be determined as appropriate, but if it is too wide, the wrinkles at the time of shrinkage tend to be irregular, and if it is too narrow, Therefore, it is preferable that the difference is approximately 6 to 8 mm.
In order to represent not only the outer shape but also the internal shape of the display formed in the display area 80 as shown in the figure, a shaping dot joint 43 for dividing the non-joint part 41 as shown in the figure is displayed. It is desirable to add to the area 80. The shaping point joint 43 has the same size and shape as the other point joints 40, and is larger than the other point joints 40 according to the display content (for example, the long diameter or the diameter d2 is set to the ground pattern region). 70, or a smaller diameter (for example, the area is 0.6 to 0.8 times that of the spot-like joint 40 in the ground pattern region 70). Or a shape different from that of the other point-like joints 40. It is preferable that the interval 43x in the expansion / contraction direction of the shaping point-like joint portion 43 is approximately the same as the interval 40y in the extension / contraction direction of the other point-like joint portions 40.
The display in the display area 80 is not particularly limited as long as the display area 80 has a shape different from the shrinkage wrinkles 25 in the ground pattern area 70. A display known in the field of absorbent articles, for example, a decoration pattern (one-point picture) And a function display such as a usage method, a use assistance, and a size, or a mark display such as a manufacturer, a product name, and a characteristic function. In the illustrated embodiment, plant patterns such as flowers and leaves are added, but it goes without saying that various patterns such as abstract patterns, animal patterns, and natural phenomenon patterns can be used.
The

In the pants-type disposable diaper, the iliac facing portion, the abdominal facing portion, and the buttocks facing portion of the
Moreover, although the area | region which overlaps with the
(Front / rear presser sheet)
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, in order to cover the front and rear end portions of the interior body 10 mounted on the inner surface of the
When the front and rear presser sheets 50 and 60 are attached as shown in the figure, there is an advantage that the degree of freedom of material selection is increased, but there are also disadvantages such as an increase in materials and manufacturing processes. Therefore, the folded portion 20C formed by folding the
<Explanation of terms in the specification>
The following terms in the specification have the following meanings unless otherwise specified in the specification.
“Elongation rate” means a value when the natural length is 100%.
・ "Weight" is measured as follows. After the sample or test piece has been pre-dried, it is left in a test room or apparatus in a standard state (test location is
-"Thickness" is automatically measured using an automatic thickness measuring instrument (KES-G5 handy compression measurement program) under the conditions of load: 0.098 N / cm 2 and pressure area: 2 cm 2 .
