電源接続後、透明カバー22(磁石吸着固定)を先端へ押して外す。薬液排出ボタン27を押し、雌螺旋スライダー13をとめるまで押し続ける。専用注射器外筒固定翼23と内筒の押圧翼49を専用注射器外筒ホルダー19の固定槽24と雌螺旋スライダーの押圧槽に挿入して固定する。
2)接続するチューブを装着
図12に示している.両側に逆止弁をつける三方ユニオンの中間部を専用注射器のロックタイプの筒先44に繋ぎあわせ、三方ユニオン42に接続するチューブ43の吸引端の針を希釈液が入れている輸液袋45に挿入して、接続するチューブの排出端を薬液混合用針と繋ぎあわせ、薬液調合用リモ−ト・コトローラー39の薬液調合用針の固定槽36に固定する。
3)薬剤溶解
図12に示しているように薬液調合用針をバイアル瓶/アンプル47に差込み、薬液調合用リモ−ト・コトローラー39の薬液溶解ボタン37を一回押して、希釈液を専用注射器に吸入してから、再度薬液溶解ボタン37を押し続けて、溶解用液をバイアル瓶/アンプルに注入し、薬剤を溶解する。適量に注入すると薬液溶解ボタン37を手放して、注入が中止され、同時に次の薬剤溶解作業を準備するために希釈液を専用注射器に吸入する。同じ薬剤多数を溶解するために繰り返し操作すると、効率よく行うことができる。
接続するチューブの傍の矢印は、溶液が流れる方向をしめしている。

3).薬液調合
薬液調合用リモ−ト・コトローラー39の薬液溶解ボタン37を押し続け、溶解された薬液を輸液袋45に注入し、輸液袋45にある薬液と調合する。薬液溶解ボタン37を手放すと、注入が中止される。同じ薬剤多数を調合するために繰り返し操作すると、効率よく行うことができる。
