Description

Claims (10)
- 複合充填材成形装置(308)の一対の成形型を用いて複合材料素材(318)の第1の部分(351)に圧力を印加するステップ(1802)であって、前記一対の成形型が一対の凸湾曲部を有し、前記一対の成形型の各成形型が前記一対の凸湾曲部のそれぞれの凸湾曲部を有する、ステップと、
前記複合材料素材(318)の後続部分に対して前記圧力を印加するステップを繰り返し、前記複合材料素材(318)をその長さに沿って所望の断面に徐々に成形するステップ(1804)と
を含む方法。 - 前記圧力を印加するステップを繰り返すステップ(1804)よりも先に、前記複合材料素材(318)を前記複合充填材成形装置(308)の基部(336)上で所定の距離(350)だけ前進させるステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
