Claims (20)
- 第1のパルスを発生するパルス発生器と、
前記パルス発生器から前記第1のパルスを受け取る第1の導電電極と、前記第1の導電電極に組み合わされる第2の導電電極と、前記第1の導電電極及び前記第2の導電電極に組み合わされると共に、第2のパルスを提供する誘電セパレータ素子と、を含む電池と、
前記パルス発生器及び前記誘電セパレータ素子に接続し、前記第1のパルスを前記第2のパルスと比較するコントローラと、
を備えて構成され、
前記第2のパルスは、前記第1のパルスに基づくと共に、前記誘電セパレータ素子の電気特性に基づくものである電気装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記第1のパルスの形状、傾斜、又はエネルギ含有量を前記第2のパルスの形状、傾斜、又はエネルギ含有量と比較することにより、前記第1のパルスと前記第2のパルスを比較するように構成される請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 前記パルス発生器と前記コントローラとの間に配置され、前記第1のパルスを受け取って第3のパルスを発生する遅延構成要素を更に含み、
前記第3のパルスは、前記第1のパルスの遅延バージョンで、該第3のパルスにおける遅延が前記誘電セパレータ素子の時定数に基づくものであり、
前記コントローラは、前記第3のパルスを前記第2のパルスと比較することにより、前記第1のパルスを前記第2のパルスと比較する構成とした請求項1記載の電気装置。 - 前記誘電セパレータ素子は、圧電セパレータ素子で、前記第1の導電電極と前記第2の導電電極との間に配置されており、
前記コントローラは、前記第1の導電電極及び前記第2の導電電極に接続され、前記第1の導電電極及び前記第2の導電電極を使用して前記第2のパルスを検出する請求項1記載の電気装置。 - 前記電池は、前記第1の導電電極と前記第2の導電電極との間に配置された1つ以上のバルキング・セパレータ素子を更に含む請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 前記誘電セパレータ素子が圧電セパレータ素子であり、該圧電セパレータ素子の前記電気特性が前記圧電セパレータ素子内のデンドライトの形成に依存する請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 前記誘電セパレータ素子が圧電セパレータ素子であり、
前記第1のパルスに応じて、前記圧電セパレータ素子が、電界を感知して機械的に変形し、前記第1のパルスのエネルギを蓄えるように構成された請求項1記載の電気装置。 - 前記誘電セパレータ素子が圧電セパレータ素子であり、
前記第1のパルスの印加が終了すると、前記圧電セパレータ素子が、弛緩して前記第2のパルスを発生するように構成された請求項1記載の電気装置。 - 前記第2のパルスの極性が前記第1のパルスの逆極性である、請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記電池の共振周波数の一部分である測定サイクル中に前記第1のパルスをモニターすると共に、前記測定サイクル中に前記第2のパルスをモニターするように構成された請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1のパルスと前記第2のパルスを比較した結果を前記電池内のデンドライト形成と相関させ、前記第1のパルスの形状、傾斜、又はエネルギ含有量が前記第2のパルスの形状、傾斜、又はエネルギ含有量と異なる時に前記電池内の異常を検知するように更に構成されている請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 前記コントローラは、少なくとも部分的に前記第1のパルスと前記第2のパルスとを比較した結果に基づいて前記電池の動作を調整するように更に構成されている請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 前記電池は、リチウムイオン電池を含んで構成されている請求項1記載の電気装置。
- 第1の電極と、第2の電極と、圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子とを含む電池を提供し、
第1のパルスを前記第1の電極に印加し、
前記第1のパルスに基づくと共に、前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子の電気特性に基づいて第2のパルスを発生させ、
前記第2のパルスを検知し、
前記第1のパルスを前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子からの前記第2のパルスと比較する、
ことを含むデンドライト検知方法。 - 前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子の前記電気特性が前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子内のデンドライトの形成に依存する場合に、
前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子内に電界を発生させ、
前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子を機械的に変形させ、
前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子を弛緩する、
ことを更に含む請求項14記載のデンドライト検知方法。 - 前記比較は、前記第1のパルスの形状、傾斜、又はエネルギ含有量を前記第2のパルスの形状、傾斜、又はエネルギ含有量と比較することを含む請求項14記載のデンドライト検知方法。
- 前記第1のパルスの遅延バージョンであり、この遅延が前記圧電リアクタンス・セパレータ素子の時定数に基づくものである第3のパルスを発生することを更に含み、
前記第1のパルスを前記第2のパルスと比較することが、前記第3のパルスを前記第2のパルスと比較することである請求項14記載のデンドライト検知方法。 - 前記第1のパルスと前記第2のパルスを比較した結果を前記電池内のデンドライト形成と相関させることを更に含む請求項14記載のデンドライト検知方法。
- 少なくとも部分的に前記第1のパルスと前記第2のパルスを比較した結果に基づいて前記電池の動作を調整することを更に含む請求項14記載のデンドライト検知方法。
- 前記電池の共振周波数より小さい測定サイクル中に前記第1のパルスをモニターし、
前記測定サイクル中に前記第2のパルスをモニターする、
ことを更に含む請求項14記載のデンドライト検知方法。
