実質的に光透過性である物質で構成されたバンドであって、前記第1の接触面および前記第2の接触面において前記第1の収容部部分および前記第2の収容部部分の間に配置されて前記第1の収容部部分および前記第2の収容部部分とともに筐体を形成するバンドと、
で構成される構造体を用意するステップと、
前記バンドと前記第1の収容部部分および前記第2の収容部部分との間の前記第1の接触面および前記第2の接触面において光硬化性接着剤を塗布するステップと、
光を伝達して前記光硬化性接着剤を硬化し、前記バンドと前記第1および第2の収容部部分の間の前記第1および第2の接触面において気密密閉を形成するステップと、
を含む、密閉方法。 - 前記光が、前記バンドを通して伝達されることにより前記光硬化性接着剤を硬化する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記バンドが紫外線光透過性であり、
前記光硬化性接着剤が紫外線光に硬化性があり、
前記伝達される光が紫外線光である、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記バンドが可視光透過性であり、
前記光硬化性接着剤が可視光に硬化性があり、
前記伝達される光が可視光である、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記バンドが肉眼に実質的に不透明に見える、請求項9に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記バンドが肉眼に不透明な外見を持つよう起因する光透過剤を前記バンドへ添加するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記光硬化性接着剤の硬化のため、少なくとも前記第1および第2の接触面に沿って前記伝達された光を分散する拡散剤を前記バンドへ添加するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 筐体を形成しかつ間に接触面を有する複数の近接した部品で構成された複数部品構造体を用意するステップと、
前記筐体の内部に少なくとも1つの光源を配置するステップと、
前記接触面に光硬化性接着剤を塗布するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの光源に電力を供給して前記光硬化性接着剤を前記筐体の内側から硬化するのに十分な光を伝達し、それにより前記近接した部品の間の前記接触面において気密密閉を形成するステップと、
を含む、密閉方法。 - 前記筐体の内部に電池アセンブリを設けるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの光源に電力を供給するため、前記電池アセンブリを前記少なくとも1つの光源に電気的に接続するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記筐体内に回路基板を設けるステップと、
前記回路基板に前記少なくとも1つの光源を配置し、前記回路基板は前記少なくとも1つの光源が前記光硬化性接着剤を硬化するのに十分な光を伝達するよう起因するため動作可能なステップと
をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの光源が少なくとも1つの紫外線光源であり、
前記光硬化性接着剤が紫外線光に硬化性がある、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの光源が複数の紫外線発光ダイオードである、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源が少なくとも1つの可視光源であり、
前記光硬化性接着剤が可視光に硬化性がある、請求項16に記載の方法。
