Description

The present invention relates to a lid member. In particular, the present invention relates to a lid member that is bonded to an opening of a container main body and is partially broken so that a takeout portion can be provided.

A lid using aluminum foil is used to seal containers for contents such as instant coffee and other foods and pharmaceuticals that require sealing, moisture-proofing, and antioxidant properties. For such a lid material, a resin having an easy peel property imparted to the seal layer is generally used and is peeled off from the container. However, depending on the contents, an easy peel resin may not be used. .

In that case, the lid material is torn and opened, but if the lid material is an aluminum foil alone, it can be broken, but if a biaxially stretched resin film such as polyethylene terephthalate is laminated, it will break. However, it was necessary to use a blade.

Although it seems that the laminated lid material in which the aluminum foil is bonded to the paper can be torn, there is a concern that the tearing direction cannot be controlled and the paper dust is mixed into the contents.

On the other hand, it is possible to cut the biaxially stretched resin film in advance using a blade and open it along the cut, but the biaxially stretched resin film is cut in an unintended direction from the joint part. It was necessary to be careful when opening.

In addition, there is an inner seal material made of a lid material on which an easily breakable line such as a cut is formed. In this inner seal material, a reseal layer mainly composed of paperboard and a seal layer are laminated via a peelable resin layer, the seal layer side is bonded to the container mouth, and an opening for taking out is formed in the seal layer. An easily breakable line is formed (Patent Document 1).

The easily breakable line of this inner seal material is composed of, for example, slits that form perforated discontinuous lines, slits in chain lines, and streak-like grooves, and are punched, half-cut, and sewing needles. It is formed by processing, slitting, or the like.

This inner seal material may be cut in the above-described unintended direction, so care must be taken when opening it, and there is still a concern that paper dust may be mixed into the contents.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view schematically showing an example of a lid material of the present invention in a cross-section, FIG. 2 is an explanatory view schematically showing an example of the lid material of the present invention in a plan view, and FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view schematically showing another example of the lid member of the present invention in a plan view.

The lid member 100 of this example is a lid member that is bonded to the opening of the container body by the bonding portion 21. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 1, the aluminum foil 11, the biaxially stretched resin film 12, and the seal layer 13 are composed of a laminated body laminated in this order.

And the biaxially stretched resin film 12 of this laminated body, or the biaxially stretched resin film 12 and the sealing layer 13 are provided with the first easy-cut line 1 and the second easy-cut line 2. .

As shown in FIG. 2, the first easy cutting line 1 is provided in a straight line extending in the left and right directions in the vicinity of the bonding portion 21 with the container body, and the second easy cutting line 2 is the first easy cutting line 1 side. Are provided in a shape that is convex on the opposite side. Moreover, the 1st easy cutting line 1 may be provided in the outward convex convex arc shape like the cover material 200 of FIG.

Also, the second easy-to-cut line 2 is not shaped like a part of the elliptical shape of the lid member 100, but shaped like a part of a square shape with rounded corners like the lid member 300 of FIG. As long as the shape is convex and can be pushed with a finger to break the second easy-to-cut line 2, there is no particular concern.

As for the width a of the 2nd easy cutting line 2 which is convex shape, 5 mm or more and 30 mm or less are preferable. By setting this width, when the finger is pushed with a finger to break the second easy cutting line 2, the finger can be put inside the width, and can be easily opened by pushing with the finger. Further, the width b of the first easy-to-cut line 1 is longer than the width a of the second easy-to-cut line 2 and extends to the left and right.

The distance c to the farthest point between the first easy-to-cut line 1 and the vicinity of the container main body and the inner edge of the adhesive portion 21 of the lid is preferably 2 mm or more and 5 mm or less. In this way, the contents can be easily taken out from the take-out port after the take-out port is opened.

The distance d between the first easy cutting line 1 and the second easy cutting line 2 is preferably 10 mm or more and 50 mm or less, preferably 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less at the farthest place. Particularly preferred is a case where the distance d is 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less, and the closest distance between the first easy-to-cut line 1 and the second easy-to-cut line 2 is 2 mm or more.

As described above, since the first easy cutting line 1 and the second easy cutting line 2 are provided, the second easy cutting line 2 is broken, and further, the both ends are separated from the portion surrounded by the second easy cutting line 2. By tearing over and reaching the first easy cutting line 1 and breaking the first easy cutting line 1, it is possible to provide a partial take-out part in the lid member. Therefore, it does not cut in an unintended direction, and since paper is not used, paper dust or the like is not mixed into the contents.

The material of the aluminum foil 11 is not particularly limited, but a soft aluminum alloy used for packaging is preferably used. Moreover, thickness should just be a grade which can be pushed with a finger | toe and the 2nd easy cutting line 2 is torn, and the aluminum foil of 5-12 micrometers in thickness can be used preferably.

The biaxially stretched resin film 12 is a film stretched in the flow direction and the width direction, and the resin used for this may be a thermoplastic resin. For example, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, nylons such as 6-nylon, and olefinic resins such as polypropylene are preferably used.

The sealing layer 13 is not particularly limited as long as it is an adhesive material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or lacquer or hot melt, and the laminating method is not particularly limited.

The first easy-to-cut line 1 and the second easy-to-cut line 2 can be provided by cutting the biaxially stretched resin film 12 by inserting a blade shape from the seal layer 13 side. More preferably, a carbon dioxide gas laser or the like is used to irradiate laser light from the seal layer 13 side to cut the biaxially stretched resin film 12 to provide the first easy-to-cut line 1 and the second easy-to-cut line 2. Can do. At this time, the seal layer 13 may be cut.

Specific examples of the present invention will be described below.

<実施例1>

The second easy cutting line 2 is provided in a shape having both end portions on the first easy cutting line 1 side and a convex shape on the opposite side.

And the width a of the second easy cutting line is 20 mm, the width b of the first easy cutting line 1 is 28 mm, and the first easy cutting line 1 and the outer edge of the adhering portion of the container body in the vicinity and the lid member The distance c to the farthest point was 4 mm, and the distance d to the farthest part of the first easy-to-cut line 1 and the second easy-to-cut line 2 was 15 mm. Moreover, the distance between the 1st easy cutting line 1 and the 2nd easy cutting line 2 was 2 mm.

The laminated body irradiated with the carbon dioxide laser was punched into a shape matched to the outer dimension of the opening of the container, and the lid material of Example 1 was obtained. In addition, the adhesion part 21 with a container is a circular donut shape, and the diameter of the inner edge is 80 mm.

<実施例2>
<Example 2>
The biaxially stretched polypropylene film 20 μm of the biaxially stretched resin film 12 and the unstretched polypropylene film 50 μm of the seal layer 13 were bonded together by a dry lamination method using a polyester-based adhesive.

The laminated film is irradiated with a carbon dioxide laser, and the first easy-to-cut line 1 as shown in FIG. The line 2 was provided in a shape having both end portions on the first easy cutting line 1 side and a convex shape on the opposite side.

And the width a of the second easy-cutting line 2 is 20 mm, the width b of the first easy-cutting line 1 is 28 mm, the first easy-cutting line 1, and the outer edge of the adhering portion between the container body and the lid in the vicinity thereof The distance c to the farthest point was 2 mm, and the distance d to the farthest point of the first easy-to-cut line 1 and the second easy-to-cut line 2 was 20 mm. Further, the closest distance between the first easy cutting line 1 and the second easy cutting line 2 was 3 mm.

The aluminum foil 9 μm of the aluminum foil 11 was bonded to the surface of the biaxially stretched polypropylene film of the laminated film irradiated with the carbon dioxide laser by 15 μm of low density polyethylene by a sandwich lamination method.

The laminated body thus bonded was punched into a shape matched to the outer size of the opening of the container to obtain a lid material of Example 2. In addition, the adhesion part 21 with a container is a circular donut shape, and the diameter of the inner edge is 80 mm.
