Description

The present invention relates to an automatic conveyance vehicle, and more particularly to an automatic conveyance vehicle that conveys a patient or a patient in a medical facility such as a hospital as a passenger.

For example, in a hospital, a hospitalized patient may move within the hospital while receiving drip. If the patient is ambulatory, the infusion solution bag is lifted on the infusion stand and the patient moves with the infusion stand. When a patient has difficulty walking, for example, a nurse becomes an attendant, and the nurse operates the wheelchair on which the patient is seated with one hand and operates the infusion stand with the other hand, May be moved. In addition, there is a case where the wheelchair and the drip stand are connected, and the patient is moved by moving the wheelchair and the drip stand together by the operation of the wheelchair by an attendant such as a nurse (for example, see Patent Document 1). .

When a patient sitting in a wheelchair moves through the hospital while receiving an infusion, the drug solution bag suspended from the infusion stand, the infusion tube connecting the drug solution bag and the patient, and the like are exposed. In this case, an attendant, such as a nurse who operates the wheelchair, monitors the behavior of the patient while moving, and prevents the drip stand, drug solution bag, and tube from interfering with obstacles or passers-by. It is necessary to operate the stand.

By the way, for example, considering that a patient who is receiving an infusion in a medical facility is transported by an automatic transport vehicle, the automatic transport vehicle is disclosed in Patent Document 1 in which a point connecting a wheelchair and an infusion stand is disclosed. It is necessary to provide an infusion stand. When a patient is transported by an automatic transport vehicle provided with an infusion stand, the patient can be moved without requiring an attendant such as a nurse. However, simply connecting the drip stand to the automatic transport vehicle exposes the drug solution bag, the drip tube connecting the drug solution bag and the patient, and the like, and monitoring of the attendant cannot be expected. For this reason, there is a possibility that the drip stand, the drug solution bag, the drip tube, and the like may interfere with obstacles and passers-by when the automatic transport vehicle is traveling. Furthermore, it is possible for the patient to operate the drug solution bag and the infusion tube improperly.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic transport vehicle that can protect medicines and medical devices used for passengers such as patients and examinees in medical facilities. In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a vehicle body, a traveling electric motor that is mounted on the vehicle body and transmits a driving force to wheels, and is mounted on the vehicle body to control driving of the electric motor. A vehicle-mounted controller, and an automatic carrier that self-travels toward a destination based on a command to the vehicle-mounted controller by a ground-side controller provided separately from the vehicle body, and a seat provided on the vehicle body and formed on the vehicle body And a storage unit that stores a medicine or medical device used by a passenger sitting on the seat, and an opening / closing cover that covers the storage unit.
In addition, a passenger refers to a patient or a patient in a medical facility such as a hospital. The drug refers to a drug solution bag (including a drug solution bottle) filled with a drug solution used for intravenous infusion and a bag filled with a blood product for blood transfusion. The medical device refers to a medical measurement device that measures the state of a patient or a doctor, and is, for example, an electrocardiograph that measures an electrocardiogram, heart rate, blood pressure, and the like.

In the present invention, when a passenger who uses a medicine or a medical device is transported, the medicine or the medical device is housed in the housing portion, and a closed opening / closing cover covers the housing portion. For this reason, since the medicine or the medical device is not exposed to the outside of the housing portion when the automatic transport vehicle is traveling, it does not interfere with an obstacle or a passerby. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when a passenger is conveyed, the pharmaceutical or medical device used for a passenger can be protected.

Further, in the above automatic transport vehicle, the vehicle body includes a vehicle body main body portion and an upper extension portion that is provided in the vehicle body main body portion and is formed at a position higher than the seat. It is good also as a structure in which the said accommodating part is formed.
In this case, since the container is positioned higher than the position of the passenger's shoulder, if the drug is a drug solution bag for intravenous drip injection, the passenger is transported while performing intravenous drip injection using the natural drop method. can do.

In the automatic guided vehicle, the opening / closing cover may be formed on a rear surface of the vehicle body.
In this case, since the opening / closing cover is formed on the rear surface of the vehicle body, as long as the occupant maintains the seated state of the seat, the opening / closing cover cannot be opened and the medicine or medical device cannot be taken out from the accommodating portion. Therefore, inappropriate acts such as taking out the medicine or medical device from the container by the patient can be suppressed.

Further, in the above automatic transport vehicle, a groove that is provided on the vehicle body and accommodates a connection member that connects a passenger sitting on the seat and the medicine or the medical device; and the connection member in the groove. It is good also as a structure provided with the elastic member hold | maintained with an elastic force.
In the case of pharmaceuticals, the connecting member is, for example, a tube or an injection needle through which a drug solution or blood product passes. In the case of a medical device, for example, a measuring electrode is provided, Refers to the harness to be connected.
In this case, since the connecting member can be accommodated in the groove of the vehicle body and held by the elastic member, interference between the connecting member and an obstacle or a passer becomes difficult, and the connecting member can be protected. Further, since the connection member is held in the groove by the elastic force of the elastic member, the connection member can be held and removed from the elastic member relatively easily.

Further, in the above-described automatic transport vehicle, the opening / closing cover may include a lock unit that is kept closed during self-running.
In this case, when the occupant is transported, the open / close cover is locked by the locking means and kept closed. For this reason, at the time of a passenger's conveyance, a pharmaceutical or a medical device can maintain the stable attitude | position in a accommodating part. In addition, the opening / closing cover is not opened during the transportation of the occupant, so that the medicine or medical device is not taken out or dropped out from the accommodating portion.

Further, the automatic guided vehicle may be configured to include a non-contact type objective sensor that detects an obstacle at the time of traveling at the upper end of the upper extension portion.
In this case, when the upper extension portion is formed to provide the objective sensor, the accommodation portion can be provided using the upper extension portion. The upper extension portion can also serve as a function for providing the objective sensor and the accommodation portion, and does not require a member for forming the accommodation portion in addition to the upper extension portion.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the automatic conveyance vehicle which can protect the pharmaceutical and medical device which are used for passengers, such as a patient in a medical facility, and a medical examinee, can be provided.

The accommodating portion 40 is provided for accommodating a medicine B (or a medical device C) including a connecting member A that can be connected to a passenger H seated on the seat 13. The drug B here refers to a drug solution bag (including a drug solution bottle) filled with a drug solution used for intravenous infusion and a bag filled with a blood product for blood transfusion. The connecting member A when the drug B is used as a drug solution bag or a blood product for blood transfusion is a member for connecting the occupant H and the drug B such as a tube or a needle through which the drug solution or blood product is passed. The medical device C refers to a medical measurement device that measures the state of a patient or a patient, and is, for example, an electrocardiograph that measures an electrocardiogram, heart rate, blood pressure, and the like. The connection member A in this case refers to a harness that connects the passenger H and the medical device C. The medicine B and the medical device C are used by the passenger H. The connection member A is a flexible member such as a tube or a harness. In FIG. 4, the medicine B stored in the storage unit 40 is indicated by a solid line, and the medical device C is indicated by a two-dot chain line.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the accommodating portion 40 of the present embodiment is partitioned and formed by an upper wall 41, a lower wall 42, a front wall 43, and left and right side walls 44. The upper wall 41 is provided with a hook 45 as a hanging tool. The hook 45 keeps the medicine B in the housing part 40 in a suspended state. The medical device C is accommodated in the accommodating portion 40 without being suspended. The length in the up-down direction, the width in the left-right direction, and the depth in the front-rear direction of the storage unit 40 are set so that the medicine B or the medical device C can be stored in the storage unit 40. In the present embodiment, the accommodating portion 40 is set so that the thickness direction of the medicine B coincides with the left-right direction and the medicine B is accommodated. Further, the position of the accommodating portion 40 is set to be higher than the seat 13 so as to correspond to the natural drop type intravenous drip injection. Further, the accommodating portion 40 is set at a position where the hand of the passenger H does not reach as long as the passenger H maintains the seated state on the seat 13.

The column upper portion 31 includes an opening / closing cover 46 that opens and closes the accommodating portion 40. As shown in FIG. 5, the opening / closing cover 46 has a vertically long shape along the longitudinal direction of the support column portion 14, and is provided on the support column upper portion 31 via two upper and lower hinges 47. The opening / closing cover 46 protects the medicine B or the medical device C accommodated in the accommodation unit 40 from the interferences outside the accommodation unit 40, and also holds the hanging posture of the medicine B accommodated and the accommodation of the medical device C. Has the function of stabilizing the posture. A part of the opening / closing cover 46 uses a transparent resin member 48, and a portion other than the transparent resin member 48 uses a black resin member 49. The transparent resin member 48 is provided so that a part of the inside of the housing part 40 can be visually recognized from the outside, and the presence or absence of the medicine B or the medical device C is confirmed by visual recognition from the outside inside the housing part 40. It becomes easy to confirm. On the other hand, a portion of the opening / closing cover 46 excluding the transparent resin member 48 is formed of the black resin member 49, so that a visual effect of making the column portion 14 look narrow in combination with the vertically long shape of the opening / closing cover 46 can be expected.

The opening / closing cover 46 of the present embodiment includes a lock unit 54 that keeps the storage unit 40 closed so as not to open during self-running. The locking means 54 of the opening / closing cover 46 locks the diameter stop portion 55 provided on the opening / closing cover 46 to the upper column 31. The lock of the open / close cover 46 by the lock means 54 is realized by electronic locking controlled by the in-vehicle controller 26. Further, when the opening / closing cover 46 is opened during traveling for some reason, the in-vehicle controller 26 is set to recognize that the opening / closing cover 46 has been opened, and the ground controller 27 issues a warning. Is set. Therefore, when the opening / closing cover 46 that does not open during conveyance is opened, the in-vehicle controller 26 recognizes that the opening / closing cover 46 is opened, and a voice message or the like indicating that the opening / closing cover 46 is opened in the ground controller 27. A warning is made. Further, the surface of the upper column 31 and the surface of the opening / closing cover 46 are flush with each other so that the opening / closing cover 46 is not easily caught by obstacles or passers-by from outside. In order to make the surface of the column upper portion 31 and the surface of the opening / closing cover 46 the same surface, a recess 50 formed shallower than the housing portion 40 is provided around the housing portion 40. Further, an operation recessed portion 51 that is set deeper than the recessed portion 50 is formed in the upper portion 31 of the column so that the openable opening / closing cover 46 can be easily opened. The recess 51 is formed so as to be positioned near the center of the left end opposite to the right end on the hinge 47 side of the upper column 31. When opening the opening / closing cover 46 in the closed state, the opening / closing cover 46 is easily opened by putting a finger into the recess 51.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 6 (a) and 6 (b), a groove 52 having a substantially semicircular cross section is formed on the left side surface 36 of the column upper portion 31 in the front-rear direction. Is formed. The groove 52 is provided with a pair of elastic members 53 along the longitudinal direction of the groove 52. The elastic member 53 holds the connecting member A inserted in the groove 52 by an elastic force by pushing the connecting member A connecting the medicine B or the medical device C and the passenger H between the elastic members 53. To do. For this reason, it becomes difficult for the connecting member A to interfere with an obstacle or a passerby during transportation. In this embodiment, urethane resin is used as the elastic member 53, but the elastic member 53 may be formed of an elastic material other than urethane resin, for example, a rubber-based material. Alternatively, the elastic member 53 may be a metal spring that can hold the elastic member 53.

Next, the conveyance of the passenger H by the automatic conveyance vehicle 10 of this embodiment is demonstrated. The occupant H is, for example, a patient who has difficulty in walking, who has received a drip intravenous injection treatment in a treatment room in a hospital and is scheduled to receive the next treatment in another treatment room while receiving a drip. The drug solution bag as the medicine B and the patient are connected by a connecting member A including an infusion needle and an infusion tube.
First, an attendant such as a nurse places the in-patient on the stopped automatic transport vehicle 10 and further suspends the medicine B in the storage unit 40 and stores it. Next, the attendant inserts the connecting member A into the groove 52 and holds it with the elastic member 53 and closes the opening / closing cover 46. After the opening / closing cover 46 is closed, if there are no obstacles or passersby around the automated guided vehicle 10, the automated guided vehicle 10 will automatically move toward the destination based on a command from the ground controller 27 to the in-vehicle controller 26. Start running.

The open / close cover 46 does not open during the self-propelling of the automatic transport vehicle 10, and the medicine B stored in the storage unit 40 is transported in a stable posture, and the drip to the patient is continued even during transport. When the automatic transport vehicle 10 detects an obstacle or a passerby by the objective sensor 33 during traveling, the automatic transport vehicle 10 avoids the obstacle or the passerby or stops traveling. Even if an obstacle or a passerby interferes with the automatic transport vehicle 10 while the automatic transport vehicle 10 is traveling, the medicine B is stored in the storage unit 40 and the opening / closing cover 46 covers the storage unit 40. B is protected without being caught by obstacles or passers-by. Further, since the connecting member A is accommodated in the groove 52 and is held by the elastic member 53, even if an obstacle or a passerby interferes with the automatic transport vehicle 10, the connecting member A can be caught by the obstacle or the passerby. There is almost no sex.

Furthermore, even if the occupant H tries to take out the medicine B while the automated guided vehicle 10 is traveling, the occupant H cannot reach the opening / closing cover 46 as long as the occupant H maintains the seated state of the seat 13. In addition, the opening / closing cover 46 is locked so as to be kept closed during self-running, and the passenger H cannot open the opening / closing cover 46. Even if the opening / closing cover 46 is opened during traveling for some reason, the ground controller 27 issues a warning indicating that the opening / closing cover 46 has been opened. For this reason, the operator immediately recognizes the abnormality and immediately takes appropriate measures.

When the automated guided vehicle 10 arrives at the destination, for example, a caregiver such as a nurse at the destination opens the opening / closing cover 46 and releases the holding of the connecting member A in the groove 52, and the medicine B from the container 40. Take out. Next, the attendant gets the passenger H out of the automatic transport vehicle 10. When the next passenger H is present at the destination, after the next passenger H is boarded on the automated guided vehicle 10, the automated guided vehicle 10 heads to the next destination. When the next passenger H is not present at the destination, the user moves to another place where the prospective passenger waits.

The automated guided vehicle 10 of this embodiment has the following effects.
(1) When the passenger H who uses the medicine B or the medical device C is transported, the medicine B or the medical device C is housed in the housing portion 40, and the closed opening / closing cover 46 covers the housing portion 40. For this reason, when the automated guided vehicle 10 is traveling, the medicine B or the medical device C is not exposed to the outside of the accommodating portion 40, and therefore does not interfere with an obstacle or a passerby. As a result, when the passenger H is transported, the medicine B or the medical device C used for the passenger H can be protected.

(2) Since the accommodating part 40 is formed in the column upper part 31 formed higher than the seat 13, the accommodating part 40 becomes a position higher than the position from the shoulder of the passenger H. For this reason, if the medicine B is a drug solution bag for intravenous drip injection, the passenger H can be transported to the destination while performing the intravenous drip injection by the natural drop method to the passenger H.

(3) Since the opening / closing cover 46 is formed on the rear surface 35 of the column 14 at the rear of the seat 13, as long as the passenger H maintains the seated state of the seat 13, the opening / closing cover 46 is opened and the medicine B or The medical device C cannot be taken out from the storage unit 40. Therefore, the operation to the medicine B or the medical device C by the occupant H is restricted, and inappropriate actions such as taking out the medicine B or the medical device C from the storage unit 40 can be suppressed.

(4) The connecting member A can be accommodated in the groove 52 and held by the elastic member 53 by the groove 52 provided in the support column 14 and the elastic member 53 provided in the groove 52. For this reason, it becomes difficult for the connection member A to interfere with an obstacle or a passerby, and the connection member A can be protected. Further, since the connection member A is held by the elastic force of the elastic member 53 with the pair of elastic members 53 sandwiched in the groove 52, the connection member A can be relatively easily held and removed from the elastic member 53. .

(5) When the occupant H is transported, the opening / closing cover 46 is locked to the upper column 31 by the locking means 54 and the accommodating portion 40 is kept closed. For this reason, when the passenger H is transported, the medicine B or the medical device C can maintain a stable posture in the accommodating portion 40. Further, the opening / closing cover 46 is not opened when the occupant H is transported, so that the medicine B or the medical device C is not taken out from the accommodating portion 40 or dropped off.

(6) The support column 14 is provided to provide a non-contact type objective sensor 33 that detects an obstacle during traveling. For this reason, the accommodating part 40 can be provided using the support | pillar part 14. FIG. The support column 14 can also have a function for providing the objective sensor 33 and the storage unit 40, and does not require a member for forming the storage unit 40 in addition to the support column 14.

(7) Even if the open / close cover 46 is opened while the automatic guided vehicle 10 is traveling for some reason, the in-vehicle controller 26 recognizes that the open / close cover 46 has been opened. For this reason, a warning such as a voice message indicating that the opening / closing cover 46 has been opened is issued in the ground controller 27. The operator of the ground controller 27 can immediately take appropriate measures such as issuing a command to stop the automated guided vehicle.

(8) A part of the inside of the housing portion 40 can be visually recognized from the outside through the transparent resin member 48 provided on the opening / closing cover 46. For this reason, the presence or absence of the medicine B or the medical device C can be confirmed from the outside of the storage unit 40. On the other hand, there is a restriction that only a part of the inside of the housing portion 40 can be visually recognized from the outside of the housing portion 40. For this reason, even if a third party visually recognizes only a part of the inside of the storage unit 40 from the outside of the storage unit 40, the type of the disease of the passenger H is inferred from the type of the medicine B or the medical device C. It is difficult to protect the privacy of the passenger H.

(9) A portion of the opening / closing cover 46 excluding the transparent resin member 48 is formed by the black resin member 49, and coupled with the vertically long shape of the opening / closing cover 46, a visual effect of making the column portion 14 look narrow can be expected. Further, if the support column 14 is colored in a bright color, the opening / closing cover 46 can be easily distinguished from the support column 14, and the position of the accommodating unit 40 can be easily specified.

In the above embodiment, the opening / closing cover and the accommodating part are provided on the upper part of the column as the upper extending part formed higher than the seat, but this is not restrictive. For example, if a drug solution bag (including a drug solution bottle) as a medicine is to be infused by a power dropping method using a pump, an opening / closing cover that covers the storage portion and the storage portion is provided at a position lower than the seat. Also good. In this case, it is necessary to provide a plug serving as a power source in the automatic transport vehicle so that power can be supplied to the pump.
In the above embodiment, the passengers who board the automated guided vehicle are patients or examinees who are difficult to walk in medical facilities such as hospitals. For example, a walking patient or examinee may be used as a passenger, or a medical staff at a medical facility may appear, and the passenger is not particularly limited. Further, it does not prevent the passenger from being transported in a state in which the accommodating portion does not accommodate pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
○ In the above embodiment, for some reason, when the open / close cover is opened while the automated guided vehicle is traveling, the ground controller issues a warning such as a voice message indicating that the open / close cover has been opened. Absent. For example, the warning is not limited to a voice message, but a warning message display on the display unit, a blinking warning lamp, or a warning buzzer may be used. Moreover, you may perform control which stops driving | running | working of an automatic conveyance vehicle simultaneously with a warning.
In the above embodiment, a groove for holding the connection member is formed in the support column, and the pair of elastic members is provided in the groove.
