Claims (15)
- 対象者の気道に呼吸可能ガスの加圧流を送り込む機械的換気システムであって、
前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧流を発生させる圧力発生器と、
前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧流の1つ又は複数のガスパラメータに関係する情報を伝える出力信号を生成する1つ又は複数のセンサと、
目標とする1回換気量を選択する制御入力の入力及び/又は選択を受け取るユーザインターフェイスと、
コンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行する1つ又は複数のプロセッサと
を含み、前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールは、
前記圧力発生器の動作を制御して、前記目標とする1回換気量を送り込む容量制御モード治療レジメンに従って前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧流を発生させる制御モジュールと、
前記出力信号に基づいて前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧流の1つ又は複数のガスパラメータを求めるガスパラメータモジュールであって、前記1つ又は複数のガスパラメータは前記対象者の吸気毎に複数回求められる、ガスパラメータモジュールと、
前記対象者の前記気道の1つ又は複数の気道パラメータを求める気道パラメータモジュールであって、前記1つ又は複数の気道パラメータは前記対象者の吸気毎に複数回求められる、気道パラメータモジュールと、
