Claims (19)
- 凍結した生物由来材料を解凍する方法であって:
前記凍結した生物由来材料に関連するバーコードまたはIDタグ上に含まれる情報を読むこと;
前記凍結した生物由来材料について対象温度を設定すること;
加熱装置を介して、熱を前記凍結した生物由来材料に加えること;及び
概して均一な熱分散を可能にするために、ある期間にわたって、前記生物由来材料を制御可能に動かすことを含み、前記期間が、前記対象温度、および前記生物由来材料の内容物容積のうち少なくとも1つに基づいて決定される、方法。 - 前記凍結した生物由来材料がバイアル内に置かれ、前記加熱装置がバイアルを受けるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 凍結した生物由来材料をバイアル中で解凍する方法であって:
前記凍結した生物由来材料について対象温度を設定すること;
加熱装置を介して、熱を前記凍結した生物由来材料に加えること;
前記バイアル又はバイアル内に含まれる溶液の温度を測定すること;及び
概して均一な熱分散を可能にするために、ある期間にわたって、前記生物由来材料を制御可能に動かすことを含む。 - 凍結した生物由来材料が、細胞群の懸濁液を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記細胞群が、真核細胞を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱装置がバイアルを受けるように構成されている、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記期間が経過した後、前記生物由来材料を制御可能に動かすことを停止することをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記期間が経過した後、熱を加えることを停止することをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記凍結した生物由来材料に関連する識別子を記録することをさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱装置の温度、前記生物由来材料の温度、前記加熱装置の運動の速度、および前記熱を加える期間のうち少なくとも1つと関連する情報を記録することをさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記対象温度に達したのちに熱を加えることを停止する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 容器内の生物由来材料を加熱するためのシステムであって:
エネルギーを前記容器に伝達するように構成された加熱装置;及び
前記加熱装置に移動可能に結合された基部;
を含むシステム。 - 対象温度に関連する入力を受け取り;
ある期間にわたって、前記基部に対して前記加熱装置を制御可能に動かす信号を送り、
前記期間が、少なくとも前記対象温度に基づいて決定されるように構成されるプロセッサを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。 - 熱源の温度、前記容器の温度、前記生物由来材料の温度、前記加熱装置の運動の速度、および前記期間のうち少なくとも1つに関連するデータを格納するよう構成されたメモリをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱装置が、前記基部に対して回転するよう基部に移動可能に結合される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、可変速度で、前記基部に対して前記加熱装置を制御可能に回転するように構成されている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記生物由来材料に関連するバーコード又はIDタグを識別するよう構成されたバーコードまたはIDタグリーダーをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- データをネットワークに送るように構成されたネットワーク接続をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記期間が、さらに少なくとも、前記生物由来材料の内容物容積に基づいて決定される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
