Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 石膏と変形防止添加物とからなる石膏組成物であって、該変形防止添加物は、デヒドロアスコルビン酸と、デヒドロアスコルビン酸塩と、セミデヒドロアスコルビン酸とのうち少なくとも1つからなるものとする組成物。
- 前記変形防止添加物はデヒドロアスコルビン酸である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記変形防止添加物の石膏に対する質量百分率は0.01%〜5%の範囲内である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 石膏粉と変形防止添加物との水との混合と、
該混合物の撹拌と、
からなる組成物の生成方法であって、
前記変形防止添加物は、デヒドロアスコルビン酸と、デヒドロアスコルビン酸塩と、セミデヒドロアスコルビン酸とのうち少なくとも1つからなるものとする方法。 - 前記変形防止添加物の石膏粉に対する質量百分率は0.01%〜5.0%の範囲内である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 石膏と、糊と、分散剤と、促進剤と、変形防止添加物と、および任意で発泡剤と、からなる石膏板であって、
前記変形防止添加物は、デヒドロアスコルビン酸と、デヒドロアスコルビン酸塩と、セミデヒドロアスコルビン酸とのうち少なくとも1つからなるものとする石膏板。 - 前記変形防止添加物はデヒドロアスコルビン酸である、請求項6に記載の石膏板。
- 前記変形防止添加物の石膏に対する質量百分率は0.01%〜5.0%の範囲内である、請求項6または7に記載の石膏板。
- 石膏板の形成方法であって、
石膏と、水と、糊と、促進剤と、分散剤と、変形防止添加物と、および任意で発泡剤と、の混合であって、前記変形防止添加物は、デヒドロアスコルビン酸と、デヒドロアスコルビン酸塩と、セミデヒドロアスコルビン酸とのうち少なくとも1つからなるものとする混合と、
該混合物の撹拌によるスラリーの形成と、
2つのライナーの間への該スラリーの配設によるサンドイッチ構造の形成と、
サンドイッチ構造からの一次板の形成と、
硬化工程後の所望の長さを有する複数の二次板への該一次板の切断と、
該複数の二次板の乾燥による過剰な水分の蒸発と、
からなる方法。 - 前記変形防止添加物の石膏に対する質量百分率は0.01%〜5.0%の範囲内である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- DHAを石膏製品におけるたわみ防止添加物として用いる方法。
