Abstract
Description
加圧下でガスを貯蔵するためのカプセルであって、口を有する、カプセルと、
穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクの形態でカプセルの口における閉鎖と、
カプセルと係合させて、穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクを破砕し、それによりカプセルを密封することができるキャップと、
キャップを通るガス流路と、
ガス流路内の弁部材であって、前方ディスク穿孔部材と一体であるか、またはそれを担持し、ディスク穿孔メンバーにディスクを穿孔させるようにディスク穿孔力を加えることによって付勢され、それによりカプセルからガス流路の中にガスを放出することができ、ディスク穿孔力の除去時にガスがカプセル内に加圧下で保持される弁閉鎖位置に付勢されることができる後方面を有する、弁部材と、を備える、ガス供給デバイスが提供される。
a)ガスカプセルの口の上に位置付けられた穿孔可能な可鍛性ディスクでガス供給デバイスを組み立てることと、
b)ガスカプセルから離れた弁部材の側面に加圧下でガスを供給し、それにより弁部材の後方面をその弁閉鎖位置から移動させて、ガスが弁部材を超えて穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクの充填溝を通って流れることを可能にすることと、
c)ガスの供給を停止し、それにより弁部材をその弁閉鎖位置に戻させることと、
d)カプセル上のキャップを締め付けて、穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクを破砕し、変形させ、それにより穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクとガスカプセルとの間でガス密閉を行い、それ故に充填溝を除去すること、を含む。
Claims (23)
- ガス供給デバイスであって、
加圧下でガスを貯蔵するためのカプセルであって、口を有する、カプセルと、
穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクの形態で前記カプセルの前記口における閉鎖と、
前記カプセルと係合させて、前記穿孔可能な可鍛性ディスクを破砕し、それにより前記カプセルを密封することができるキャップと、
前記キャップを通るガス流路と、
前記ガス流路内の弁部材であって、前方ディスク穿孔部材と一体であるか、またはそれを担持し、ディスク穿孔力を加えることによって付勢されて前記ディスクを穿孔し、それにより前記カプセルから前記ガス流路の中にガスを放出することができ、前記ディスク穿孔力の除去時にガスが前記カプセル内に加圧下で保持される弁閉鎖位置に付勢されることができる後方面を有する、弁部材と、を備える、ガス供給デバイス。 - 固定永久的係合は、前記キャップと前記カプセルとの間で行われる、請求項1に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記キャップは、前記ガスが使用される別のデバイスに前記ガス供給デバイスが連結されることを可能にする構成を有する外表面を有する、請求項1または2に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記キャップは、連結ノズルを有する、請求項3に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記キャップの内表面は、前記カプセルの前記外表面上の相補的ねじ山に係合することができるねじ山を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記キャップの前記外表面には、前記キャップの機械的締め付けを容易にする駆動スプラインが提供される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記ディスクは、アルミニウム、可鍛性アルミニウム基合金、銅、または可鍛性銅基合金から形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記ディスクは、減少した厚さの穿孔可能な中央領域を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記ディスクは、下向きに曲がったリムを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 充填溝またはノッチは、前記リム内に提供される、請求項9に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、弁閉鎖方向にバイアスを有するばねを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記ばねは、圧縮ばねである、請求項11に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記圧縮ばねは、前記ディスク上に載置する、請求項12に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記弁部材の前記後方面は、前記弁部材が前記キャップの内表面に対して載置するときに圧縮下で保持される弾性シールを担持される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記ディスク穿孔部材は、前記弁部材と一体であるか、またはそれによって担持される穿孔針である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記穿孔針は、中空である、請求項13に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記キャップの外表面は、連結ねじ山で形成されて、それがガス使用デバイスに連結されることを可能にし、前記連結ねじ山は、そのディスク穿孔位置からその弁閉鎖位置まで前記ディスク穿孔部材が移動する距離を超える軸方向範囲を有する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記弁部材は、弁スピンドルに接続されるか、またはそれと一体であり、前記弁スピンドルは、外部手段によって変位可能である、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 前記弁スピンドルは、前記弁がその閉鎖位置にあるときでさえも前記キャップから突出しない、請求項18に記載のガス供給デバイス。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイス内で閉鎖として使用するための穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスク。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のガス供給デバイスにガスを装填する方法であって、
a)前記ガスカプセルの前記口の上に位置付けられた前記穿孔可能な可鍛性ディスクで前記ガス供給デバイスを組み立てることと、
b)前記ガスカプセルから離れた前記弁部材の側面に加圧下でガスを供給し、それにより前記弁部材の前記後方面をその弁閉鎖位置から移動させて、ガスが前記弁部材を超えて前記穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクの前記充填溝を通って流れることを可能にすることと、
c)ガスの前記供給を停止し、それにより前記弁部材をその弁閉鎖位置に戻させることと、
d)前記カプセル上の前記キャップを締め付けて、前記穿孔可能な可鍛性ディスクを破砕し、それにより前記穿孔可能な可鍛性ディスクと前記ガスカプセルとの間でガス密閉を行うことと、を含む、方法。 - 添付図面の図1〜3を参照して本明細書に記載されるガス供給デバイスと実質的に同一のガス供給デバイス。
- 添付図面の図4を参照して本明細書に記載される穿孔可能な可鍛性閉鎖ディスクと実質的に同一の閉鎖ディスクであって、請求項1に記載のガス供給デバイス内での閉鎖としての使用に好適である、閉鎖ディスク。
