Abstract
Description
本特許出願は、2012年10月22日出願の米国特許出願第13/657,310号の一部継続出願である。この出願の全内容は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、例えば、骨格成熟患者における固定術を可能とする脊椎セグメントの安定な固定に関する。より詳細には、本発明は、例えば、腰椎すべり症、変性円板疾患、骨折、脱臼、脊髄腫瘍、失敗した以前の固定術、などの脊椎の種々の状態の治療において脊椎の椎骨に取り付けて狭める機能(又は広げる機能)を付与することができ、また、固定することができる骨固定装置に関する。本発明はまた、骨平板固定装置を導入し、移植する方法に関する。
Claims (15)
- 第1の開口部及び第2の開口部を備えたプレートと、
前記第1の開口部を通して挿入可能な第1のポステッドスクリューであって、多軸的に回転できる第1のポステッドスクリューと、
前記第2の開口部を通して挿入される第2のポステッドスクリューであって、多軸的に回転でき、前記プレートの長さに沿って移動できる第2のポステッドスクリューと、
を備えるプレートシステム。 - 前記第1のポステッドスクリューが、前記第1の開口部中に底部から挿入される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のポステッドスクリューが、前記第2の開口部中に底部から挿入される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の開口部の長さが前記第1の開口部よりも長い、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の開口部中に収容される一体型キャリッジ及び伸長可能部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記キャリッジが、長方形の断面を含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記伸長可能部材が、前記伸長可能部材の伸長を支援する複数のスリットを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 第1の開口部及び第2の開口部を備えたプレートであって、前記第2の開口部の長さが前記第1の開口部よりも長いプレートと、
前記第1の開口部を通して底部装填により挿入可能な第1のポステッドスクリューと、
前記第2の開口部を通して底部装填により挿入可能な第2のポステッドスクリューと、
前記第1のポステッドスクリュー上をねじ山に沿って下向きに進み前記第1のポステッドスクリューを前記プレートに固定する第1のロックナットと、
前記第2のポステッドスクリュー上をねじ山に沿って下向きに進み前記第2のポステッドスクリューを前記プレートに固定する第2のロックナットと、
を備えるプレートシステム。 - 前記第1の開口部中に収容される伸長可能部材をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のロックナットが、前記伸長可能部材に接触して前記伸長可能部材を伸長させることができる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の開口部中に収容される一体型伸長可能部材及びキャリッジをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のロックナットが、前記伸長可能部材及び前記キャリッジを伸長させて、それにより、前記一体型伸長可能部材及びキャリッジを前記プレートの距離に沿って固定できる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のポステッドスクリュー及び第2のポステッドスクリューが、上部及び底部ねじ付き部を備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 第1の開口部及び第2の開口部を備えたプレートであって、前記第2の開口部の長さが前記第1の開口部よりも長いプレートと、
前記第2の開口部中に収容される一体型キャリッジ及び伸長部材と、
前記第1の開口部を通して挿入可能な第1のポステッドスクリューと、
前記キャリッジ及び前記伸長部材を通じた底部装填により前記第2の開口部を通して挿入される第2のポステッドスクリューと、
を備えるプレートシステム。 - 前記第2のポステッドスクリュー上をねじ山に沿って下向きに進み、前記プレートに対する前記第2のポステッドスクリューの位置と方位を固定するためのロックナットをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
