Claims (10)
- 特にビルなどを断熱するためのミネラルウール断熱製品を生産するために、結合剤材料と混合されたミネラルウール、特にガラスまたはロックウールをマイクロ波硬化するための方法であって、ミネラルウールのミネラル繊維は結合剤材料と混合され、ミネラルウールは続いて、結合剤材料を硬化するためにマイクロ波炉に通され、マイクロ波炉での硬化プロセスは、硬化前にミネラルウール繊維および/またはミネラルウールにマイクロ波活性物質を供給することにより、追加の熱を発生させることによって支援され、マイクロ波活性物質は、マイクロ波の吸収を通して、ミネラルウールにおいて結合剤材料を硬化するために追加の熱を発生させる、方法。
- 物質は、結合剤材料を硬化するために結合剤材料中に均一に分布されるように、ミネラルウールの繊維および/またはミネラルウールに塗布され、特に噴霧される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 物質は、結合剤材料に対して、同時に、または時間をずらして、特に結合剤材料を塗布した後に塗布される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- マイクロ波活性物質は結合剤材料に添加され、結合剤とともに直接、繊維に塗布される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭素ベースの物質、特にすす、石油コークスまたは黒鉛、もしくは無機物質、特に軟磁性材料、好ましくは鉄、酸化鉄、磁鉄鉱、フェライト、特にマンガン亜鉛フェライトが、マイクロ波活性物質用に使用される、前述の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- マイクロ波活性物質は、粒子形状で、好ましくは10μm〜100μmの範囲のサイズで提供される、前述の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 総重量に対し、マイクロ波活性物質は、0.05重量%〜4重量%の量、添加され、特に無機酸化鉄については0.05重量%〜4重量%の量、特に黒鉛、石油コークスまたはすすについては0.05重量%〜2.5重量%、好ましくは0.05〜2重量%の量、添加される、前述の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フェノール樹脂、フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂、尿素修飾フェノール樹脂、尿素修飾フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂、ポリアクリル酸、特にエタノールアミンやポリアクリル酸を含む再生原料から作られた中和された結合剤材料、特に糖、糖蜜またはデンプンに基づいた炭水化物ベースの結合剤材料、もしくはそれらの混合物が、結合剤材料用に、好ましくは総重量の2〜5%の量、使用される、前述の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法は、ミネラルウールから作られた管状シェルを硬化するために使用され、そのシェルは、硬化前にミネラルウール織物をマンドレルの周りに巻付けることによって形成される、前述の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
