Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するための噴射ノズル(10)であって、
加圧燃料のための供給ラインから燃料を受け取るボア(14)を有するノズル本体(12)と、
使用時に前記燃焼室に燃料を送達するための前記ボア(14)からの出口(24)と、
前記ボア(14)に受容されて弁針軸線を規定する弁針(16)であって、前記出口(24)を通る前記燃焼室内への燃料の流れが妨げられる閉位置と前記出口を通る前記燃焼室内への燃料の流れが可能になる全開位置との間で移動可能であり、使用時に制御チャンバ内の燃料圧力を変化させることによりその動きが制御可能である弁針(16)と、
上流側面(28a)および下流側面(28b)を有し、前記針(16)とともに移動可能である制限要素(28)と
を備え、
使用時に、前記出口(24)に達する燃料が、前記制限要素(28)と前記ボア(14)の壁部分(14d)との間のクリアランス(54a、54b)によって画定される前記ボア(14)内の制限部(54)を通過し、
前記クリアランス(54a、54b)が、前記弁針(16)がその閉位置から持ち上がるにつれて徐々にかつ連続的に増大する、噴射ノズル(10)。 - 前記クリアランス(54a、54b)が、前記弁針(16)がその閉位置からその全開位置へと持ち上がるにつれて徐々に増大する、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記クリアランス(54a、54b)が前記弁針(16)の持ち上がり量に線型的に比例するように、前記ボア(14)の前記壁部分(14d)が全体として円錐台形である、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記針(16)がその閉位置にあるときに、前記クリアランス(54a)がゼロではない、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記制限要素(28)が、径方向距離(RA、RB)だけ前記ボアの前記壁部分(14d)から離隔され、
前記径方向距離(RA、RB)が、前記弁針(16)がその閉位置から持ち上がるにつれて徐々に増大する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル。 - 前記針が、前記ボア(14)内での前記針(16)の摺動運動を案内するように構成された針案内部分(50)を含み、
前記制限要素(28)が、前記針案内部分(50)の上流に配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル。 - 前記制限要素(28)が、前記針(16)の前記針案内部分(50)よりも大きい直径を有する、請求項6に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記ボア(14)が、前記制限要素(28)の上流の比較的大径の領域(14a)と、前記弁針(16)の前記針案内部分(50)が配置される比較的小径の領域(14b)と、前記制限要素(28)が配置される前記大径および小径の領域(14a、14b)の中間の領域(14c)とを含む、請求項6または7に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記クリアランス(54a、54b)が、前記ボア(14)と前記制限要素(28)の周縁エッジ(56)との間の環状クリアランス(54)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記制限要素(28)の前記下流側面(28b)の少なくとも一部分が、前記周縁エッジ(56)まで延びる傾斜面(28c)を含み、前記傾斜面(28c)が前記弁針(16)の軸に対して垂直ではない、請求項9に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記制限要素(28)の前記上流側面(28a)が、前記制限要素(28)の前記周縁エッジ(56)まで延びる上流エッジ面(28f)を含み、前記上流エッジ面(28f)が前記針の軸に対して垂直である、請求項9または10に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記制限要素が、前記弁針(16)の軸部分(30)の周りに環状に配置されるカラー(28)を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記カラー(28)が、前記弁針(16)の前記軸部分(30)にプレスフィットされる、請求項12に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 請求項12または13に記載の噴射ノズルの組立て方法であって、
前記制限部を通って流れる燃料に関するパラメータを測定することと、
測定される前記パラメータの目標値を達成するために、前記カラーの位置を前記弁針に対して調整することと
を含む方法。 - 測定される前記パラメータが、前記制限部を画定する前記クリアランスのサイズ、または前記カラーと前記ボアの前記壁部分との間の径方向距離を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 既知の流量および/または既知の供給圧力で前記ボアに流体を通過させることを含み、
測定される前記パラメータが、前記制限部の圧力降下、前記制限部の下流の流体圧力、前記ボアを通過する流体の流量、または前記弁針にかかる力を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
