Abstract
Description
プライマリトンネルまたはパスに沿ったS2Lパスに関連付けられるノード、リンク、または他のネットワーク要素の障害が発生すると、障害が発生したノード(または後続の影響されたノード)が、ルートPEに、ローカル保護メカニズムを使用してバイパスS2Lパスを介して影響されたS2Lパスの再ルーティングをトリガさせる、RSVP予約リクエスト(Resv)メッセージをトンネルのルートPEに向かって上流に送信すると、自動バイパス手順が開始される。
本明細書に記載の様々な実施形態によって、ローカル保護メカニズムの使用または非使用を、既存のLSP属性内の新しいフラグまたはビット設定、または任意選択で、タイプ−長さ−値(TLV)フォーマットで符号化された、新たに定義されたLSP属性を使用して、ルートPEまたは他のノード(入口LSP、エリア境界ルータなど)、および/あるいはリーフPEまたは他のノード(トランジットまたは出口LSPなど)に伝えることが可能になる。
Claims (10)
- RSVPセッションをサポートするラベルスイッチパス(LSP)に関連付けられるローカル保護メカニズムの使用をシグナリングするための方法であって、
プライマリソースツーリーフ(S2L)サブLSPからバイパスS2LサブLSPに切り替えるRSVPセッションをサポートするLSPに応答して、ローカル保護メカニズムの使用をリーフPEノードにアドバタイズするためにRSVPパスメッセージを下流に伝搬するステップを備える、方法。 - 前記LSPが、複数のポイントツーマルチポイント(P2MP)LSPのうちの1つを備え、前記下流RSVPパスメッセージが、前記リーフPEノードに、システムオペレータ基準、カスタマ基準、およびトラフィック関連基準のうちの1つまたは複数に従って異なるP2MP LSPに切り替えさせるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記LSPが、複数のポイントツーマルチポイント(P2MP)LSPのうちの1つを備え、前記下流RSVPパスメッセージが、前記リーフPEノードに、サービス(QOS)基準のバイパスS2LサブLSPポリシーに従って異なるP2MP LSPに切り替えさせるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記LSPが、複数のポイントツーマルチポイント(P2MP)LSPのうちの1つを備え、前記下流RSVPパスメッセージが、前記リーフPEノードに、サービスレベル契約(SLA)に従って異なるP2MP LSPに切り替えさせるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマリソースツーリーフ(S2L)サブLSPを復元する前記RSVPセッションをサポートする前記LSPに応答して、前記復元を示すように構成された下流RSVPパスメッセージを生成するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記RSVPパスメッセージが、LSPに関連付けられるルーティングプロトコルを介して下流に伝搬され、前記ルーティングプロトコルが、オープンショーテストパスファースト(OSPF)ルーティングプロトコルと、中間システム間(IS−IS)ルーティングプロトコルのうちの1つを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ローカル保護メカニズムのアドバタイズ使用が、RSVPパスメッセージ内のレコードルートオブジェクト(RRO)フラグ、およびタイプ−長さ−値(TLV)フォーマットで符号化されたLSP_ATTRIBUTESオブジェクトのうちの少なくとも1つを使用してリーフPEノードにアドバタイズされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- RSVPセッションをサポートするラベルスイッチパス(LSP)に関連付けられるローカル保護メカニズムの使用をシグナリングするための装置であって、
