Claims (6)
- 内側ステータ面を有するステータと、内側ステータ面とシール接触するように配設された内側ロータ面を有するロータとを備える回転弁であって、ロータが、内側ステータ面に対して回転軸線の周りで複数のロータ位置に回転運動可能であり、ステータが、複数の接続ポートであって、各々内側ステータ面で対応する弁オリフィスと流体接触する複数の接続ポートを備えており、ロータが、ロータ位置に対する弁オリフィスの選択的な流体相互接続のための2以上の相互接続経路を備えており、ステータが、入口ポートと、出口ポートと、成分供給ポートと、成分戻りポートとを備えており、
ロータの相互接続経路が、
第1のロータ位置で入口ポートを出口ポートに相互接続し、
第2のロータ位置で入口ポートを成分供給ポートに相互接続するとともに成分戻りポートを出口ポートに相互接続し、
第3のロータ位置で入口ポートを成分戻りポートに相互接続するとともに成分供給ポートを出口ポートに相互接続するように構成されている、回転弁。 - ロータの相互接続経路が、第4のロータ位置で成分供給ポートを成分戻りポートに相互接続するように構成されている、請求項1記載の回転弁。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の1以上の回転弁を備える分析機器。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の1以上の回転弁を備える処理システム。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の1以上の回転弁を備えるクロマトグラフィーシステム(190)。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の第1の回転弁(10a)及び第2の回転弁(10b)並びに第1の流体成分及び第2の流体成分を備える流体回路であって、
第2の弁の入口ポートが、第1の弁の出口ポートに接続され、
第1の流体成分が、第1の弁の成分供給ポートと第2の弁の成分供給ポートとの間に接続され、
第2の流体成分が、第1の弁の成分戻りポートと第2の弁の成分戻りポートとの間に接続される、流体回路。
