Claims (12)
- 第1の端部と、

を備え、CMC金属境界部材が、ガスタービンの静止シールと連結できるように動作可能である、セラミックマトリックス複合材料部品。 - 当該セラミックマトリックス複合材料が静止部品である、請求項1記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材料。
- 当該セラミックマトリックス複合材料がベーン又はノズルである、請求項1記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材料。
- 静止シールがハニカムシールである、請求項1記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材料。
- 静止シールが、ろう付け又は溶接によってCMC金属境界部材に取り付けられる、請求項1記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材料。
- CMC金属境界部材が、ボルトによって第2の端部に取り付けられる、請求項1記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材料。
- 金属シールをセラミックマトリックス複合材料部品に取り付ける方法であって、
第1の端部及び第2の端部を有するセラミックマトリックス複合材料部品を用意する段階と、
CMC金属境界部材を用意する段階と、
CMC金属境界部材をセラミックマトリックス複合材料部品の第2の端部に取り付ける段階と、
静止シールを用意する段階と、
静止シールをCMC金属境界部材に連結する段階と、
を含んでおり、CMC金属境界部材が、ロータ空気をパージするためのプレナムを形成する、方法。 - セラミックマトリックス複合材料部品が静止部品である、請求項7記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材料部品がベーン又はノズルである、請求項7記載の方法。
- 静止シールがハニカムシールである、請求項7記載の方法。
- 静止シールが、ろう付け又は溶接によってCMC金属境界部材に連結される、請求項7記載の方法。
