Claims (14)
- 水を曝気するための曝気装置であって、
空気を水面下で分散させる散気システム(4)と、空気入口及び少なくとも1つの空気出口(23)を備えたコンプレッサ(2)とを有し、
前記コンプレッサ(2)は、前記コンプレッサ(2)が前記コンプレッサ(2)中への水の浸入を阻止するハウジングを備えていることによって、前記水面下に配置されるよう構成され、前記空気入口のところでの水の浸入は、一方の開口端が前記水面の上方に位置且つ他方の開口端が前記コンプレッサ(2)への水密連結部を備えた吸気管(3)が設けられていることによって阻止され、前記空気出口(23)のところでの水の浸入は、前記散気システム(4)が前記空気出口(23)への水密連結部を有し且つその性状に起因して又は少なくとも1つの弁によって水を抑制することができるので、阻止され、前記ハウジングは、前記コンプレッサ(2)を冷却するよう前記水と熱的接触状態にある、曝気装置において、前記コンプレッサ(2)は、空気軸受(24)、磁気軸受、又はこれら両方の軸受に取り付けられたシャフト(17)によって駆動されるインペラ(21)を有する遠心圧縮機であることを特徴とする曝気装置。 - 前記散気システム(4)は、少なくとも1つのディフューザ(12)を含む、請求項1記載の曝気装置。
- 前記散気システム(4)は、前記コンプレッサ(2)から遠ざかって延びる少なくとも2本の散気アーム(11)を含み、各散気アームは、少なくとも2つのディフューザ(12)を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の曝気装置。
- 散気アーム(11)が少なくとも1つのディフューザ(12)を備えた側方枝管(28)を備えている、請求項2又は3に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記シャフト(17)は、前記シャフト(17)の長さ方向に延びる空所を備え、前記コンプレッサ(2)は、圧力側から前記空所を経て吸気側まで延びる空気チャネルを備えている、請求項1記載の曝気装置。
- 前記コンプレッサ(2)及び前記散気システム(4)は、これらが垂直軸線(A‐A′)回りに回転することができるよう構成されている、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記散気システム(4)は、少なくとも、半径方向に垂直な成分を有する方向を備えたノズル(29)を備えている、請求項6記載の曝気装置。
- 前記曝気装置は、水が収容されるリザーバの底部上に載るようになったターンテーブル(14)上に載っている、請求項6又は7に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記コンプレッサ(2)の前記空気入口及び/又は前記空気出口(23)は、モータ及び前記インペラ(21)の下に配置されている、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記曝気装置(1)の頂部に取り付けられたハンドル(7)を用いることによって前記曝気装置(1)から全体として水を取り出すことができる、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記散気システム(4)は、自立型であるような仕方で前記コンプレッサ(2)に連結され、或いは、支持手段(13)が前記散気システム(4)を支持するよう前記曝気装置(1)に設けられている、請求項10記載の曝気装置。
- 前記コンプレッサ(2)と前記吸気管(3)との間の前記連結部及び前記空気出口(23)と前記散気システム(4)との間の前記連結部は、取り外し可能であり、前記吸気管(3)及び前記散気システム(4)の各々に設けられている弁が水の浸入を阻止する、請求項9記載の曝気装置。
- 曝気されなければならない水のための少なくとも1つのベイスンを含む浄水プラントにおいて、前記浄水プラントの一コンポーネントは、請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の曝気装置(1)である、浄水プラント。
- 浄化されなければならない廃水中に空気を導入するための請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載の曝気装置の使用方法。
