Abstract
Description
次の例は、アカシアゴムを0.1重量%から0.5重量%の範囲の濃度で界面活性剤として用い、乾燥剤を添加して、修復剤として亜麻仁油を10重量%から15重量%の間の濃度で含む、マイクロカプセル調製物の調製を例示する。
次の例は、有機溶媒、特に液状の高固形分含有量エポキシ系耐腐食性コーティングのための市販の溶媒中に分散されたときの、修復剤を含むマイクロカプセルから構成される添加剤の安定性を例示する。
次の例は、液状の高固形分含有量エポキシ系耐腐食性コーティングの配合における、例2に従って調製された添加剤の使用を例示する。
次の例は、本発明の目的であるマイクロカプセル溶媒分散体が添加されたときの、液状の高固形分含有量エポキシ系耐腐食性コーティングの自己再生作用の確認を例示する。
Claims (7)
- 20から200ミクロンの範囲の大きさを有し、修復剤を含み、有機溶媒中に分散している尿素−ホルムアルデヒドマイクロカプセルを含有し、溶媒中に分散したマイクロカプセルの濃度が30重量%から60重量%であることを特徴とする、エポキシ系コーティングの自己再生のための添加剤。
- 前記修復剤が、水に分散された親油性物質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 前記マイクロカプセルに含まれる前記修復剤が、反応系の10重量%から15重量%の範囲の濃度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 前記修復剤が、亜麻仁油、予備重合した亜麻仁油、亜麻仁油を含むアルキッド樹脂、さらには、桐油、魚油、及びこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 前記有機溶媒が、炭化水素、アルコール、ケトン及びエーテルから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 前記添加剤が、エポキシ系コーティングのエポキシに、該エポキシ系コーティングに対して、湿潤ベースで5重量%から20重量%の添加剤の比率で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 高固形分含有量のエポキシ系コーティングを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
