Description
Claims (30)
- 臓器又は組織を灌流する装置であって、
前記臓器又は組織を液体状の灌流液を用いて灌流する灌流回路と、
前記灌流回路を再循環する前記灌流液を酸素化する酸素付加部と、
酸素濃縮部及び酸素発生部から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの部材を有するとともに、前記酸素付加部に酸素を供給するように構成された、酸素供給デバイスと
を備える装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、前記酸素供給デバイスは、水分解により酸素を供給する酸素発生部である装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記酸素供給デバイスは、圧力スイング吸着により酸素を濃縮して酸素を供給する酸素濃縮部である装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記酸素供給デバイスは、固体酸素ポンプを有する酸素濃縮部である装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記酸素供給デバイスは、酸素濃度の比較的低い酸素供給源をまず用いて、当該酸素供給源よりも酸素濃度の高い酸素を出力することにより、酸素を供給するように構成されている装置。
- 請求項5記載の装置において、前記酸素供給デバイスは、空気を前記酸素供給源として用いて動作するように構成されている装置。
- 請求項6記載の装置において、前記空気は、加圧空気である装置。
- 請求項6記載の装置において、前記空気は、周囲空気である装置。
- 請求項5記載の装置において、前記酸素供給デバイスは、水を前記酸素供給源として用いて動作するように構成されている装置。
- 請求項5記載の装置において、当該装置はさらに、
前記酸素供給源を貯蔵する容器を備えている装置。 - 請求項5記載の装置において、当該装置はさらに、
前記灌流液の流れの方向に対して前記酸素付加部の下流側で前記灌流回路内に配置された気泡トラップ
を備える装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、当該装置は、酸素貯蔵デバイスを備えない装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、当該装置は、運搬可能であり、重量は90ポンド(40.82kg)未満である装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、当該装置は、前記酸素供給デバイスにより供給される酸素の殺菌又は汚染防止を行うように構成されている装置。
- 臓器又は組織を灌流する方法であって、
酸素濃縮部及び酸素発生部から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの部材を有するデバイスから、酸素を生成するステップと、
前記酸素が生成され次第、当該酸素を液体状の灌流液に供給し当該灌流液を酸素化するステップと、
前記臓器又は組織を前記酸素化された灌流液で灌流するステップと
を含み、
前記酸素の濃度は大気中の酸素濃度よりも高く、前記灌流液は再循環される、方法。 - 請求項15記載の方法において、前記デバイスは、圧力スイング吸着により酸素を生成する酸素濃縮部である方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法において、前記デバイスは、水から酸素を生成する酸素発生部である方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法において、前記デバイスは、固体酸素ポンプにより空気から酸素を生成する酸素濃縮部である方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法において、前記酸素は、携帯型の臓器灌流装置内で生成される方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法において、酸素濃度の比較的低い酸素供給源をまず用いて、当該酸素供給源よりも酸素濃度の高い酸素を出力することにより、前記酸素を生成する方法。
- 請求項20記載の方法において、前記酸素供給源は空気である方法。
- 請求項21記載の方法において、前記空気は、加圧空気である方法。
- 請求項21記載の方法において、前記空気を、周囲大気から引き込む方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法において、前記酸素を、水から生成する方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法において、前記酸素を、殺菌又は汚染除去する方法。
- 臓器又は組織を灌流する方法であって、
圧力スイング吸着、水分解及び固体酸素ポンプによる酸素ポンピングから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む工程により、酸素を生成するステップと、
生成された前記酸素を液体状の灌流液に供給し当該灌流液を酸素化するステップと、
前記臓器又は組織を酸素化された前記灌流液で灌流するステップと、
前記灌流液を再循環するステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項26記載の方法において、前記工程は、携帯型の灌流装置を用いて行う方法。
- 請求項26記載の方法において、前記酸素が生成され次第、当該酸素を供給する方法。
- 臓器又は組織を灌流する方法であって、
携帯型の灌流装置でオンボードで酸素を生成するステップと、
前記携帯型の灌流装置中の液体状の灌流液を、生成された前記酸素を用いて酸素化するステップと、
前記臓器又は組織を前記酸素化された灌流液で灌流するステップと、
前記灌流液を再循環するステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項29記載の方法において、圧力スイング吸着、水分解及び固体酸素ポンプによる酸素ポンピングから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む工程により、前記酸素を生成する方法。
