完全に前記人の口内にあるマウスピース器具を備え、前記マウスピースは前記口の上側に適合するように構成され、
前記マウスピースは、
前記マウスピース内に収容される回路基板であって、前記回路基板は、前記人の口の外部の別の構成部品まで有線で電気接続せずに、電気パルスを生成するように操作可能な電子システムを画定し、
前記電子システムは、
運動センサと、
制御ユニットと、
刺激回路と、
バッテリとを備え、
前記マウスピースはさらに複数の埋め込み型電気刺激装置を備え、前記マウスピースが前記人の口内に設置される場合、前記埋め込み型電気刺激装置は前記口の上側と接触し、
前記埋め込み型電気刺激装置は前記電子システムに接続し、それによって、前記複数の埋め込み型電気刺激装置の各埋め込み型電気刺激装置は、前記電気パルスを前記電子システムから受信し、前記電気パルスを前記口の上側に送信することができる、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記運動センサは加速度計を備え、
前記制御ユニットはマイクロコントローラを備え、前記マイクロコントローラはオンチップ周辺機器を備え、前記オンチップ周辺機器は、デジタル入/出力機能と、シリアル周辺機器インタフェース/集積回路間通信と、タイマーと、インタフェース接続およびタイミング制御用のセンサのための振動器とを備え、前記マイクロコントローラはさらに、非一時的ストレージにコード化された命令を備え、実装されると、前記命令は前記加速度計からのデータ処理段階を実行して頭部運動を示し、各埋め込み型電気刺激装置を制御して、調整可能な波形パラメータを備えた電気パルスを伝達する、装置。 - 前記人の口の外から前記装置を遠隔制御するための無線送受信機をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子システムにおいて、前記刺激回路は電荷平衡刺激を、正味直流のない電圧制御単相性電気パルスの形状で提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットはパルス周波数変調を使用し、大きな加速は高周波の電気パルスで示される、請求項1に記載の装置。
