Abstract
Description
ハンドル部10は、直線状で略平らな不透明なポリカーボネートの第二成形品25により完成される。第二成形品25は、第一成形品20の直線部21の下側に留め付けられている。第二成形品25を第一成形品に沿って前方へスライドさせることにより、吸気弁組立体4にアクセス可能となる。
Claims (15)
- マウスピース(1)と、
空気開口部(2)と、
前記マウスピース及び前記空気開口部の間の空気の流れを、患者の呼吸に対して規制する規制部(4)と、
を有する呼吸療法器具であって、
当該呼吸療法器具の利用履歴を記録及び表示する手段(60)をさらに有することを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。 - 請求項1記載の呼吸療法器具において、当該呼吸療法器具の前記利用履歴を遠隔地のコンピュータにダウンロードするための手段(60、65)をさらに有することを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項2記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記利用履歴をダウンロードするための前記手段は、電気コネクタポート(65)、赤外線送信機及び無線送信機から選択される1つ又は複数の手段であることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記空気開口部(2、24)は、患者が、当該空気開口部(2、24)から前記規制部(4)を介して吸気することができる吸込口であることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記規制部(4)は、弁部材(44、45、46)を弁シート(43)に対して付勢するばね(53)を備えた、弁を有することを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項5記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記弁部材(44、45、46)を前記弁シート(43)に対して付勢する力は、前記弁の一部分(51)を回転させることにより調節できることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか記載の呼吸療法器具において、当該呼吸療法器具は、所定の療法時間の前記継続時間を示すように構成されていることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項7記載の呼吸療法器具において、当該呼吸療法器具は、前記所定の療法時間の前記継続時間を、交互状態及び定常状態の間で変化する視覚的手段(63)により表示するように構成されていることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項8記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記視覚的手段(63)は、前記所定の療法時間の間、交互動作し、前記所定の療法時間が終了すると、前記定常状態に変化するように構成されていることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項8又は9記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記視覚的手段は、当該呼吸療法器具のハウジングの透明部分(11)の中に配置されたランプ(63)を有し、前記透明部分は前記ランプにより照射されることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項8〜10のいずれか記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記定常状態とは、所定時間にわたる照射状態であることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記療法時間内に行われた呼吸のカウント数を表示するための表示部(62)をさらに有することを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項12記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記カウント数を表示するための前記表示部(62)は、前記療法時間中において患者から目視できない位置に置かれていることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか記載の呼吸療法器具において、
当該呼吸療法器具は、前記空気開口部(2)及び空気の流れを規制する前記規制部(4)を有する第一アーム(10)と、第二空気開口部(3)及び当該呼吸療法器具の前記利用履歴を記録する前記手段(60)を有する第二アーム(11)と、を有し、全体的にループ形状であり、
前記第二アーム(11)は、前記第一アーム(10)の一端部に取り付けられ、前記第一アームから間隙を空けて前記第一アームに沿って延び、当該呼吸療法器具の自立を可能にする開ループを形成し、
前記マウスピース(1)は、前記開ループ(12)とほぼ逆方向に延在することを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。 - 請求項14記載の呼吸療法器具において、前記第一アーム(10)及び前記第二アーム(11)は、当該第一アーム(10)及び当該第二アーム(11)の両方が支持面に置かれ、かつ、前記マウスピース(1)が前記支持面から離れた上方にある状態で、当該呼吸療法器具の自立ができるように構成されていることを特徴とする呼吸療法器具。
