Claims (9)
- 骨折における骨の骨折端部を固定するための張力要素(1、1’;1’’)であって、前記張力要素は、上から見ると中空でありかつ周壁(6、6’;6’’)を備える輪郭形成された本体を備え、前記輪郭形成された本体は、
前記輪郭形成された本体を押し通され得る固定手段を受け入れるための、互いに反対側に位置する2つの前面受け入れセクション(8a、8b;8a’、8b’;8a’’、8b’’)と、
角度付きセクション(10、10’、10’’)を有する2つの側面フランクとを備え、
前記輪郭形成された本体の前記周壁(6、6’、6’’)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記前面受け入れセクション(8a、8b;8a’、8b’;8a’’、8b’’)の領域内及び側面角度付きセクション(10、10’、10’’)の領域内で弾性的に変形可能であり、
クランピング要素(1、1’;1’’)の規定された弾性的挙動は、所定の張力が前記受け入れセクション(8a、8b;8a’、8b’;8a’’、8b’’)の間に生成され得るように、前記角度付きセクション(10、10’、10’’)を介して加えられることができ、
前記輪郭形成された本体が、

- 少なくとも1つの関節が、前記受け入れセクション(8a、8b;8a’、8b’;8a’’、8b’’)における前記角度付きセクション(10、10’、10’’)の結合点に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の張力要素。
- 少なくとも1つの関節が、前記側面フランク内に統合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の張力要素。
- 互いに対向する2つの壁セクションにおいて、互いに向き合った制限バー(18)が形成され、前記制限バー(18)の端部は前記張力要素(1、1’;1’’)が変形された場合に互いに接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の張力要素。
- 前記関節はヒンジ(2、4)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の張力要素。
- 前記関節はボールジョイントであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の張力要素。
- 前記関節はノードジョイント(14)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の張力要素。
