Abstract
Description
被加工物である円形材の軸中心に対して垂直に配置され回転しながらその下部面上の外周縁で円形材を面削り又は面取りする面取カッターを有する面取機本体と、面取機本体の下部に結合される上部ガイドとを含む面取機において、
上部ガイドの下部面上には円形材の外周面一部が挿入される切削位置溝が形成され、切削位置溝の中央部が面取カッターの縁に形成された切削チップの切削端部と一致するように形成される面取機を提供する。
下部面上の外周縁に切削チップが装着され垂直に配置されながら回転する面取カッターと、面取カッターに隣接して結合され被加工物の外部をガイドするように備えられた上部ガイドとを含み、上部ガイドの下部面上には切削チップの切削端部の延長線上に切削位置溝が形成された面取機を用いて円形材を面取りするか表面を面削りする加工方法において、
円形材の軸中心が面取カッターの軸方向と垂直になるように配置した後、円形材のある中心線方向に対して面取カッターが垂直に進入し、切削チップの切削端部が中心線と一致する地点まで切削して進入した状態で面取カッターがそれ以上進入しないように円形材の中心線外側が切削位置溝に挿入された状態で、円形材を自転させるか円形材を中心に面取機を公転させて円形材を面取りするか表面を面削りする加工方法を提供する。
Claims (6)
- 被加工物である円形材の軸中心に対して垂直に配置され回転しながらその下部面上の外周縁で上記円形材を面削り又は面取りする面取カッター12を有する面取機本体11と、上記面取機本体11の下部に結合される上部ガイド110とを含む面取機において、
上記上部ガイド110の下部面上には上記円形材の外周面一部が挿入される切削位置溝112が形成され、上記切削位置溝112の中央部が上記面取カッター12の縁に形成された切削チップ12aの切削端部と一致するように形成されることを特徴とする面取機。 - 上記切削位置溝112は、その両端がラウンディングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面取機。
- 上記切削位置溝112は、三角形状にされることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の面取機。
- 上記上部ガイド110には相互直交される下部ガイド120が形成され、上記下部ガイド120には下側へ湾曲した半円形態のガイド溝122が形成され、上記ガイド溝122には一対のガイドロ−ル130が選択的に固定可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の面取機。
- 上記ガイド110,120は、上記面取カッター12を中心に回動されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の面取機。
- 下部面上の外周縁に切削チップ12aが装着され垂直に配置されながら回転する面取カッター12と、上記面取カッター12に隣接して結合され被加工物の外部をガイドするように備えられた上部ガイド110とを含み、上記上部ガイド110の下部面上には上記切削チップ12aの切削端部の延長線上に切削位置溝112が形成された面取機100を用いて円形材を面取りするか表面を面削りする加工方法において、
上記円形材の軸中心が上記面取カッター12の軸方向と垂直になるように配置した後、上記円形材のある中心線(CL)方向に対して上記面取カッター12が垂直に進入し、上記切削チップ12aの切削端部が上記中心線(CL)と一致する地点まで切削して進入した状態で上記面取カッター12がそれ以上進入しないように上記円形材の中心線(CL)外側が上記切削位置溝112に挿入された状態で、上記円形材を自転させるか上記円形材を中心に上記面取機100を公転させることを特徴とする円形材を面取りするか表面を面削りする加工方法。
