これらは、硫酸塩、ハロゲン(特に塩素)、硫化物(特に硫化亜鉛)、ヒ素の、アンチモンの、鉄の、スズの、セリウムの、バナジウムの酸化物、又はこれらの混合物の任意の1つから選択される、一般に1%又は2%以下の量の精錬剤でもよい。精錬剤は、溶融ガラスからガス状包有物を除去する目的を果たす。これらの物質の中で特に好適なものは、酸化スズであり、その質量含量は、有利には、0.1%、特に0.2%〜0.6%、特に0.5%の範囲内である。
Claims (15)
- オーブンのコンパートメントに最も近いガラスシートであることが企図される内部ガラスシート(3)と、外部ガラスシート(2)とを含む家庭用オーブンドア(1)であって、これらのガラスシート(2、3)は堅く連結され、かつ少なくとも1つの空隙により分離され、前記内部ガラスシート(3)は、以下に規定される限界内の重量で、以下の成分:
SiO2 55〜70%
Al2O3 12〜25%
B2O3 0〜0.5%、特に0
Li2O 0〜2%
Na2O+K2O 0〜5%、特に0〜1%
MgO 0〜10%
CaO 0〜15%
SrO 0〜15%
BaO 0〜15%
ZnO 0〜5%
RO 5〜25%
ここで、RO=MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO
TiO2 0〜3%
ZrO2 0〜4%
で含む化学組成を有する、家庭用オーブンドア(1)。 - 該内部ガラスシート(3)と該外部ガラスシート(2)との間に位置し、かつこれらのシートの各々から、少なくとも1つの空隙により分離された、少なくとも1つの中間ガラスシート(5、6)を含む、請求項1に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 該ガラスシート(2、3、5、6)の厚さが2〜5mmの範囲内である、請求項1または2に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 少なくとも該内部ガラスシート(3)が熱強化されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 該外部ガラスシート(2)、および任意選択的に、そのもしくは各々の中間ガラスシート(5、6)が、ソーダ石灰シリカガラスでできている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのガラスシート(2、3、5、6)、特に中間ガラスシート(5、6)が低放射率層で被覆されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 該内部ガラスシート(3)を形成するガラスが、少なくとも580℃でかつ750℃以下の低アニール温度を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 該内部ガラスシート(3)の化学組成が、0.5%以下、特にゼロのLi2O含量を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 請求項1〜8に記載のオーブンドア(1)であって、該内部ガラスシート(3)が、以下に規定される限界内の重量で、以下の成分:
MgO 5〜10%、特に5〜8%
CaO 0〜5%、特に0〜1%
SrO+BaO+ZnO 0〜15%、特に0〜10%
を含む化学組成を有する、オーブンドア(1)。 - 請求項8に記載のオーブンドア(1)であって、該内部ガラスシート(3)が、以下に規定される限界内の重量で、以下の成分:
MgO 0〜7%、特に3〜6%
CaO 5〜15%、特に10〜15%
SrO+BaO+ZnO 0〜10%、特に0〜2%
を含む化学組成を有する、オーブンドア(1)。 - 該内部ガラスシート(3)の化学組成が、0.5%〜1.8%の間、特に1%〜1.7%の間のLi2O含量を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 請求項1〜8に記載のオーブンドア(1)であって、該内部ガラスシート(3)が、以下に規定される限界内の重量で、以下の成分:
MgO 5〜10%、特に5〜8%
CaO 0〜7%、特に0〜1%
SrO+BaO+ZnO 0〜6%、特に0〜4%
を含む化学組成を有する、オーブンドア(1)。 - 請求項8または11に記載のオーブンドア(1)であって、該内部ガラスシート(3)が、以下に規定される限界内の重量で、以下の成分:
MgO 1〜6%
CaO 0〜5、特に0〜1%
SrO+BaO+ZnO 5〜20%、特に8〜18%
を含む化学組成を有する、オーブンドア(1)。 - 該内部ガラスシートの化学組成が、少なくとも3%、特に5%のSrO+BaO+ZnO含量を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)。
- 該内部ガラスシート(3)が、該コンパートメントに最も近いガラスシートである、コンパートメントと前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンドア(1)とを含む、家庭用電気熱分解オーブン。
