Description
Claims (14)
- 心肺蘇生(CPR)装置とともに使用する生理学的センサにおいて、前記センサが、
生理学的信号を検出する少なくとも1つのカメラ素子と、
患者の体のエリアを照射する少なくとも1つの照射素子と、
前記少なくとも1つのカメラ素子及び前記少なくとも1つの照射素子を受けるハウジングと、
を有し、前記ハウジングが、自動CPR装置又は前記患者の体のいずれかにおける前記センサの固定に対する固定素子を有する、生理学的センサ。 - 前記固定素子が、患者の体に配置される吸着カップ型素子である、請求項1に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記固定素子が、患者の体に配置されるゴーグル型素子である、請求項1に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記固定素子が、患者の体に配置されるバンド固定型素子である、請求項1に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 外光から遮蔽する遮蔽素子を有する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記カメラ素子が、自己位置調整する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記カメラ素子が、前記生理学的信号の検出に対して最適な場所を選択する、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記カメラ素子が、前記検出された生理学的信号の振幅に基づいて、前記患者の体のエリアを自動的にセグメント化し、最も強い検出された生理学的信号を持つ領域を選択する、請求項7に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記カメラ素子が、単色、カラー又は赤外カメラ素子の少なくとも1つである、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記CPRに対して最適化された動作パラメータを決定するコントローラに前記生理学的信号の測定値を供給する出力素子を有する、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカメラ素子が、PPG信号を測定する、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の生理学的センサ。
- 血流に関する生理学的信号の測定値を供給する、請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の生理学的センサと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサから前記測定を受け取り、前記CPRに対して最適化された動作パラメータを決定するコントローラと、
を有する自動心肺蘇生装置。 - 前記圧迫に関連した動作パラメータに対する修正を救助者に示す指示素子、
を有する、請求項12に記載された自動心肺蘇生装置。 - 胸部圧迫アクチュエータ、
アクチュエータドライバであって、前記アクチュエータドライバの動作パラメータに依存して前記胸部圧迫アクチュエータに駆動信号を供給するアクチュエータドライバ、
を有する請求項12に記載の自動CPR装置。
