Claims (13)
- 風力タービンのタワーの最上部の、タービンと発電機との間のハウジング内に組み付けられたトランスミッションであって、
該トランスミッションはギアボックスを具備し、該ギアボックス内に、主ギアシャフトに組み付けられた主ギアと、該主ギアのギア歯のセットと係合したピニオンと、を具備し、
前記タービンは風力タービンのためのロータブレードを備えたタービンロータと、前記ハウジング内に組み付けられたロータベアリングに支持されたロータシャフトと、を具備し、
前記ピニオンはピニオンシャフトに組み付けられており、ピニオンシャフトベアリングは前記ギアボックス内において前記ピニオンシャフトを支持しており、前記ピニオンシャフトは前記ギアボックスに組み付けられた油圧ポンプに連結されており、
油圧モータは前記発電機を駆動し、高圧ラインおよび低圧ラインは前記油圧モータと前記油圧ポンプとを接続したトランスミッションにおいて、
前記主ギアシャフトおよび前記ロータシャフトは、一体となって共通シャフトを形成し、主ギアシャフトベアリングは前記共通シャフトと前記ギアボックスとの間に組み付けられ、前記ギアボックスの周囲に均等に離間された少なくとも2つのテンションバーは、前記ギアボックスを前記ハウジングに連結しており、前記テンションバーは前記ギアボックスの回転を防止し、且つ前記ギアボックスの直線方向における自由な移動を可能にしていることを特徴とするトランスミッション。 - 前記主ギアは、前記主ギアシャフトに接続されたギア本体の対向した側に2セットのギア歯を備え、該ギア歯の各セットは同じ寸法を有するピニオンと協働し、2つの前記ピニオンは前記ギア本体の互いに対向した側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記ギア歯の1セットまたは各セットは、前記ギア歯のセットの周囲に均等に離間された2つ以上のピニオンと係合していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記主ギア、主ギアシャフト、およびギアボックスはリング形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 第1シールは前記ギアボックス内に組み付けられており、第2シールは前記主ギアシャフトに組み付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記主ギアは外周のギア歯のセットと内周のギア歯のセットとを備えた円筒ギアであり、前記主ギアおよびピニオンの回転軸は平行であることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記主ギアは前記ギア本体の両側に円錐歯を備え、前記ピニオンは円錐ギアであり、前記ピニオンの回転軸は前記主ギアの回転軸と角度を形成しているか、または直交していることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記主ギアのギア歯の各セットは前記ギア本体の一側においてクラウンギアを形成し、前記ピニオンは円筒ギアであり、前記ピニオンの回転軸は前記主ギアの回転軸に直交しているか、または角度を形成し得ることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記ピニオンは螺旋歯を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記ポンプはリング形状の前記ギアボックスによって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記主ギアの歯のセットの歯数は、前記ピニオンの歯数の少なくとも5倍、場合によっては少なくとも10倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 高圧アキュムレータは高圧ラインに接続され、低圧アキュムレータは低圧ラインに接続され得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- バルブが、少なくとも1つのポンプのポートの前記高圧ラインへの接続および前記低圧ラインへの接続を切り替えることが可能であり、このポンプに接続された前記ピニオンは前記主ギアに反力を負荷することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のトランスミッション。
