Description
Claims (10)
- 自動車両の内燃エンジンに供給する可変容量タービンのベーン制御システムであって、前記システムは、
ターボ過給圧設定点とターボ過給圧測定値との間の差異を決定できる減算器(5)と、
前記可変容量タービンのベーンへ制御信号を出力できる比例‐積分‐微分制御装置(4)と、
前記エンジンの回転速度の及びトルク設定点の関数としてベーン位置設定点を決定できる事前位置マップ(3)と、
制御学習手段(2)へブール制御信号を放出できる学習条件決定手段(1)と
を含むことを特徴とし、
前記制御学習手段(2)は、前記可変容量タービンのベーンへ前記制御信号の補正を、前記事前位置マップ(3)から及び前記制御装置(4)から受信する信号の関数として出力でき、
前記制御学習手段(2)は、前記学習条件決定手段(1)からの信号を受信時に前記事前位置信号を学習できる、システム。 - 前記学習条件決定手段(1)は、ANDブール演算子(1c)へ出力する、安定性条件決定手段(1a)及び状態条件決定手段(1b)を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記制御学習手段(2)は、
前記制御装置(4)の積分部からの信号と前記事前位置マップ(3)から受信する前記事前位置制御信号との加算器(2b)、及び、
前記加算器(2b)により決定される値を、前記学習条件決定手段から受信する信号の関数として制御マップ(2d)へコピーすることを認証できるスイッチ(2c)
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の制御システム。 - 前記加算器(2b)により決定される値が得られない場合、前記マップ(2d)は前記事前位置マップ(3)から受信する前記事前位置制御信号を線形化できる、請求項3に記載の制御システム。
- 前記マップ(3)から入力を受信して前記加算器(6)へ出力する、前記マップ(2d)とは異なる線形化マップ(30)を含む、請求項3に記載の制御システム。
- 前記安定性条件決定手段(1a)は、車両エンジンの物理的パラメータを閾値と比較する手段を少なくとも含み、
前記安定性条件決定手段(1a)は、前記比較する手段の全てが真の信号を放出する場合に、前記車両エンジンの動作上の安定性に関連する真のブール信号を出力できる、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の制御システム。 - 前記状態条件決定手段(1b)は、車両環境の物理的パラメータを閾値と比較する手段を少なくとも含み、
前記状態条件決定手段(1b)は、前記比較する手段の全てが真の信号を放出する場合に、前記車両環境の状態に関連する真のブール信号を出力できる、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の制御システム。 - 前記制御装置(4)の前記積分部を有する信号を加重マップ(8)に蓄積された既定の加重係数で乗算できる、乗算器(7)を含み、
前記乗算器(7)から放出された信号は、前記事前位置マップ(3)から受信する信号に加えられるために、入力として前記加算器(2b)により受信される、
請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の制御システム。 - 前記加重マップ(8)は、エンジンの負荷設定点に依拠した0%から100%の範囲の既定の加重係数を含む、請求項8に記載の制御システム。
- 前記ベーン制御信号は、開放信号又は位置信号である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の制御システム。
