Abstract
Description
(1)「収縮」−腸壁および/または内腔の動き
(2)「静的閉内腔」−麻痺したまたは実質的に動きのない閉じた内腔孔を有する腸
(3)「トンネル」−麻痺したまたは実質的に動きのない開いた内腔を有する腸、および
(4)「混濁内腔」−腸の内容物によって閉塞している内腔孔および/または壁
運動性事象は、短縮された動画の選択された画像に基づいて生成されてもよい。しかし他の例で、画像は、例えば隣接する画像間の類似性に基づいて、マージされるかまたは結合されてもよく、運動性事象バーは、結合またはマージされた画像のサブセットに基づいて生成されてもよい。その他の画像選択方法が、画像のサブセットを決定するために使用されてもよい。いくつかの実施形態において、運動性事象バーの生成に使用され得る画像のサブセットを作成するために、異なる画像選択方法が組み合わされてもよい。

Claims (20)
- 生体内撮像装置によってキャプチャされた画像ストリーム内の腸運動性事象を表示するためにコンピュータによって実施される方法であって、
画像ストリームが画像フレームを含み、各画像フレームが複数の画像ピクセルを含む、前記生体内装置がキャプチャした前記画像ストリームを受信することと、
前記画像ストリームの少なくともサブセットの各画像フレームにおいて、事前定義された特徴を検出することと、
ピクセルのストリップが各画像フレームで前記検出された特徴を通るよう、前記画像ストリームの少なくとも前記サブセットの各画像フレームから前記ピクセルのストリップを選択することと、
運動性事象バーを形成するために、前記選択したストリップを隣接して整列させることと、
視覚的表示装置に前記運動性事象バーを表示することとを含む、方法。 - 前記ピクセルのストリップが、画像フレームから選択されたピクセルの少なくとも1つのラインを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピクセルのストリップが直線のピクセルである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記選択されたピクセルのストリップに含まれる、各画像フレーム内の固定点を決定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 生体内の撮像装置がキャプチャした画像ストリーム内の腸の運動性事象を表示するためのシステムであって、
画像ストリームから、それぞれがアレイに配置された複数の画像ピクセルを含む複数の画像フレームを保存する記憶装置と、
前記複数の画像フレームの少なくともサブセットの各画像フレームにおいて、事前定義された特徴を検出し、
ピクセルのストリップが各画像フレームで前記検出された特徴を通るよう、複数の画像フレームの少なくとも前記サブセットの各画像フレームから前記ピクセルのストリップを選択し、
運動性事象バーを形成するために前記選択したストリップを隣接して整列させるためのプロセッサと、
ユーザーに前記運動性事象バーを表示するための視覚的表示装置とを含む、システム。 - 前記ピクセルのストリップが、画像フレームから選択されたピクセルの少なくとも1つのラインを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピクセルのストリップが直線のピクセルである、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記選択されたピクセルのストリップに含まれる、各画像フレーム内の固定点を、前記プロセッサが決定する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
