Claims (7)
- 建築構造物の床面に施工される積層床材であって、
高密度繊維板(HDF)製または中密度繊維板(MDF)製の基材層と、
前記基材層の上面に積層される補強層と、印刷層と、透明層及び表面処理層により表面層を構成するが、これらの表面層のうちの1以上がPLA樹脂から形成されることを特徴とするPLA樹脂を用いた積層床材。 - 前記基材層の上面に熱硬化性メラミン樹脂の接着層が塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を用いた積層床材。
- 前記補強層と透明層を形成するPLA樹脂に非フタレート系可塑剤、充填剤、滑剤、鎖延長剤、耐加水分解剤のうちのいずれか一種以上が添加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を用いた積層床材。
- 前記補強層と透明層はPLA樹脂100重量部に対して非フタレート系可塑剤10〜80重量部、充填剤2〜30重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を用いた積層床材。
- 前記補強層と透明層は、充填剤2〜30重量部と、滑剤0.01〜10重量部と、鎖延長剤0.01〜5重量部及び耐加水分解剤0.01〜10重量部を混合し、圧延ローラーを圧着して成形したものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のPLA樹脂を用いた積層床材。
- 前記補強層は、PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、非フタレート系可塑剤20重量部と、アクリル系共重合体5重量部と、ステアリン酸0.03重量部と、鎖延長剤0.01重量部及びカルボジイミド.02重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のPLA樹脂を用いた積層床材。
- 前記透明層は、PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、非フタレート系可塑剤30重量部と、炭酸カルシウム3重量部と、酸化チタン9重量部と、ステアリン酸0.03重量部と、鎖延長剤0.01重量部及びカルボジイミド0.02重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のPLA樹脂を用いた積層床材。
