Claims (8)
- タイヤトレッドを製造する方法であって、前記トレッドは、複数個の隆起要素(20)を有し、各隆起要素は、前記タイヤが転動しているときに路面に接触するようになった接触フェース及び前記接触フェースに連結された側方フェースを有し、前記製造方法は、
‐前記タイヤのグリーンフォーム(11)を準備するステップと、
‐カバー層(9)を前記生タイヤの外面の全体又は一部に布設するステップと、
‐前記生タイヤ(11)をモールド内に配置するステップと、
‐前記モールドがブレード(5)を備えている状態で前記ブレードを用いて隆起要素(20)の側方フェースを成形するステップと、
‐前記タイヤを得るために前記生タイヤを加硫するステップとを含む、製造方法において、
前記製造方法は、
‐前記モールドの一部である切断手段を用いて前記カバー層(9)を切断するステップと、
‐前記ブレードによる前記隆起要素の前記側方フェースの成形中、前記ブレードが前記カバー層の切断部分(13)を前記生タイヤ中に押し込んで前記隆起要素の前記側方フェースが前記切断部分によって部分的に又は全体的に覆われるようにするステップとを更に含む、製造方法。 - 前記モールドの一部である前記切断手段による前記カバー層の前記切断は、前記側方フェースの前記成形前に実施される、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記モールドの一部である前記切断手段による前記カバー層の前記切断は、前記側方フェースの前記成形中に実施される、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記ブレードに対する前記切断手段の位置は、前記カバー層の前記切断ステップに先立って調節される、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の製造方法。
- 前記切断手段は、取り外し可能であり、前記カバー層の特性に合った切断手段が前記モールド内に取り付けられる、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の製造方法。
- 前記カバー層は、前記生タイヤの幅を横切って前記生タイヤの前記外面に巻き付けられた1本又は2本以上のストリップで作られている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の製造方法。
- 前記カバー層は、エラストマー材料及び織り繊維又は不織繊維の集成体から成り、前記繊維に前記エラストマー材料を含浸させる、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の製造方法。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、前記繊維に前記エラストマー材料を含浸させる前記ステップ中にあらかじめ加硫される、請求項7記載の製造方法。
