Claims (10)
- 股関節プロテーゼ用のセラミック製の球頭(3)を検査する方法において、前記球頭(3)は、緊締円錐角γを備える円錐形の側面と円錐入口部(7)とを備える収容室(8)を有しており、検査のために、前記収容室(8)の複数の領域に圧力を加える、股関節プロテーゼ用のセラミック製の球頭(3)を検査する方法において、
前記円錐入口部(7)の領域にのみ、前記球頭(3)の長手方向軸線に対して垂直方向に向けられた半径方向の力を加えることを特徴とする、股関節プロテーゼ用のセラミック製の球頭(3)を検査する方法。 - 検査のために、円錐角αを有する円錐形のスリーブ(1)を、前記収容室(8)内に押圧しており、前記円錐角αは、前記緊締円錐角γよりも大きく形成されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記円錐角αを、7°〜30°の範囲で、有利には18°に選択し、前記緊締円錐角γと、前記円錐角αとの間の差を、最小で2°〜最大で25°に選択することができる、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ(1)は周面を閉じられていて、有利には銅合金、有利には黄銅から成っている、請求項2または3記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ(1)と共通の円錐角αを有する円錐形の押圧スタンプ(2)を、力Fで前記スリーブ(1)内に軸方向に押圧する、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ(1)と前記押圧スタンプ(2)との間の摩擦は、前記スリーブ(1)と前記球頭(3)との間の摩擦よりも小さい、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記押圧スタンプ(2)は鋼から成っていて、有利には表面硬化されている、請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 検査のために、前記スリーブ(1)の内面に液圧が加えられる、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施する装置であって、
該装置は、対応支承体(4)と、円錐形のスリーブ(1)と、押圧スタンプ(2)とを有しており、前記対応支承体(4)と前記スリーブ(1)と前記押圧スタンプ(2)とが、共通の長手方向軸線(12)に沿って配置されており、前記スリーブ(1)と前記押圧スタンプ(2)とは前記長手方向軸線(12)に沿って移動可能であり、前記押圧スタンプ(2)と前記対応支承体(4)との間に前記スリーブ(1)が配置されており、円錐角αが、前記検査されるべき球頭(3)の緊締円錐角γよりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記スリーブ(1)は、前記押圧スタンプ(2)の円錐角と同一である円錐角αを有している、請求項9記載の装置。
