Claims (5)
- 一側がターボファン500と結合され、内側にガス及び空気が流れるように所定の空間が形成され、第1の流路310及び第2の流路320に分岐して形成されるハウジング300と、
前記第1の流路310に互いに異なる経路で流入される第1の空気供給部210及び第1のガス供給部230と、
前記第2の流路320に互いに異なる経路で流入される第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240、及び
低出力モードで前記第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240へ供給される空気及びガスの流れを遮断する一方、高出力モードでは第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240を開放する開閉手段400とを、
含むことを特徴とする燃焼機器用ガス‐空気混合装置。 - 前記開閉手段400は、
前記第2の流路320の内側に備えられるヒンジ401と、
前記ヒンジ401と結合され、前記第2の流路320に備えられる第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240を開閉するように両末端にそれぞれ第1のバルブ体411及び第2のバルブ体412が結合される回動体402と、
前記回動体402で第1のバルブ体411や第2のバルブ体412とヒンジ401との間に結合されるプランジャー404、及び
前記プランジャー404と結合されてプランジャー404の上下動を電気的信号によって制御されるソレノイドバルブ403とを含み、
前記回動体402がヒンジ401を中心に梃子の原理によって回動するように駆動されてプランジャー404が短い行程距離で第2の空気及びガス供給部220、240を開閉するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼機器用ガス‐空気混合装置。 - 前記開閉手段400は、
第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240を遮断または開放が同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃焼機器用ガス‐空気混合装置。 - 前記第1の及び第2の流路310、320は、
その径が相異なることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃焼機器用ガス‐空気混合装置。 - 前記第1の及び第2の流路310、320は、
第2の流路320の径が第1の流路310の径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃焼機器用ガス‐空気混合装置。
