Claims (5)
- 一側がターボファンと結合され、内側にガス及び空気が流れるように所定の空間が形成されるハウジング500と、
前記ハウジング500の一側に形成され、前記ターボファンと接する排出部300と、
前記排出部300の他側に備えられて外側から空気を吸気し、第1の隔壁201によって区画される第1の空気供給部210及び第2の空気供給部220と、
前記第1の空気供給部210及び第2の空気供給部220から流入される空気と混合して前記排出部300へ排出され、第2の隔壁202によって区画される第1のガス供給部230と、上部に所定の長さに突出する突出部221が形成され、前記突出部221と同じ高さで形成される第2のガス供給部240、及び
低出力モード時、前記第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240を閉鎖してガス及び空気の流れを遮断する一方、高出力モード時には第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240にガス及び空気が流れるように開放する開閉手段400とを、
含むことを特徴とする給湯器用空気及びガス混合バルブ。 - 前記開閉手段400は、
前記第2のガス供給部240及び突出部221の上段と接してガスの進入を遮断するバルブ体401と、
前記バルブ体401と結合されるプランジャー402、及び
前記プランジャー402と結合され、前記プランジャー402を上下動させて前記バルブ体401が開閉されるようにするバルブ403、403aとを、含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給湯器用空気及びガス混合バルブ。 - 前記プランジャー402及びバルブ体401は、
その間に備えられ、前記バルブ体401を弾性で支持する第1のスプリング404をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の給湯器用空気及びガス混合バルブ。 - 前記第2の空気供給部220及び第2のガス供給部240は、
2次空気及び2次ガスの流動方向が互いに一致するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の給湯器用空気及びガス混合バルブ。 - 前記バルブは、
ラッチソレノイドバルブ403または一般ソレノイドバルブ403aのいずれかで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の給湯器用空気及びガス混合バルブ。
